Months of trying to get my stolen account back and nothing but run around. I will spare the details, but in short they claim they can not see what IP an account was originally signed up with. Which would without a shadow of a doubt, prove my case since countries have changed etc, etc. However, they say they can not. I call Shenanigans!
This site which deals with the windows live solution center is not always a helpful site having many complaints that are attached to it. It is also linked of course to hotmail.com also which has had major technical problems and flaws with various users. People often complain that they cannot get the help they need when it comes to actually getting active use of their account once again.
The technical support and customer support appears to be pathetic and poor when it comes to fixing problems which creates even more frustration for the user.
This site that should deal with helping people with their accounts many times handicaps people instead.
Microsoft is aware of spam senders using invalid email addresses to exploit a hole in Microsoft's filters. Help is no help at all.
