Paid $178 for the wig -- TERRIBLE quality. Tried to return and I am just getting the run around. The customer service rep that emailed me said the wigs are custom made to order and unless I could provide pictures of a quality issue they won't refund or allow returns. There is nothing custom about it... they didn't ask for measurements, there was nothing that made it custom. The wig looks like a 10 year old sewed it and the quality is TERRIBLE... I don't even know how else to describe it - the wig is TERRIBLE. Site is definitely a scam! They offered me a $15 refund? I'm sure I am out the money, which sucks - I've learned my lesson, but it infuriates me that these sites get away with their scams.

None. The "product" I got was the worst quality I have ever seen. It is a joke. This site is a SCAM.
Through this page, which doesn't even have an imprint and never ever reacted to one of my many contact attempts, i lost 140 euro and sent the goods back without ever having received a refund. Not even PayPal could help me to pay back my money! Big crap, stay away if your money is important to you!
I ordered a $115.00 short pixie style wig for my mother before the holidays paying for it through Paypal. The money was gathered immediately but I never received a confirmation or any documentation of the purchase. Concerned I went to the site. No customer service number available I emailed through "contact us" three times with no answer. Finally I opened a case in Paypal. Another three weeks passed. I finally got the wig. It looked nothing like the picture, didn't fit and was of such poor quality I wouldn't have put it on my cat. Again I contacted Paypal. The latest update was an offer of $20 for my trouble. Walk away, walk away quickly.
I ordered and paid for a wig and it never arrived and they would not return my money. I contacted them several times and although delivery was supposed to be 5 to 7 days, I am still waiting 5 weeks later. Do not order from this website
