Matter of fact, they provided me with useful advice about some issues I was experiencing with my phone!

Ordered my first wig from Wig Outlet last week. They have the best prices of all the sites! My delivery was here sooner than expected. The wig is perfect! I was so impressed with my experience I ordered another wig today! Looking forward to several more purchases. Best prices, user friendly site and quick delivery!

Scam. Do not waste your money. We purchased the wig for my mother. The wig doesn't fit and too small size. On their website says that during 30 days they can change or refund. But when I emailed them, they refused to change and refund.

I ordered a hair topper "salted caramel, med natural red brown with red gold blonde highlights". I received nothing even remotely like that. I paid in total $152; for freight to me and return freight as well because I was in NZ. I called them and spoke to a Carrie who asked me to send my return freight receipts in and they would cover that cost (incidentally they cover that cost if you live in the US). Now they are saying no to paying me the return freight. THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR THE RETURN FREIGHT. They have refunded the cost of the wig only. So am out $152 for the very bad, never to be repeated experience with this mickey mouse outfit. The only other solution they offered was a colour consult appointment, which I did, but that was really just an upsell to a natural wig that can be dyed by myself because "choosing a coloured topper off the website is never going to work". SO WHY do they sell them on the website if the colour you think you are ordering is nothing like what the pic or the description. Where are the ethtics? Oh yes each of the service representatives apologise profusely but they do nothing to solve the issue. I deal with many US based companies and this is the worst 'rip-off' experience I have ever had. Do not buy from them unless you can see the product in person first. They have no ethical right to promote their products in the way they do because even they admit you can't match colours remotely. How despicable is that and so it has cost me $152 for nothing at all, just a headache. Somehow they think that me paying $152 for nothing is ok.

I purchased a 300 wig for an 84yr old client. Within 2 weeks it was matting and the hair was brittle and breaking at the touch. I sent 10 pictures only wanted an exchange. They refused saying the haor was burned. It absolutely is NOT. When I called back. I said it wasn't heat damage. They took this as me being DEFENSIVE as I stated it early on the conversation. This wig was barely touched. I am mailing it back to them to prove it wasn't and appeared to be old and brittle.
I did a check on their reviews, they have great reviews. But that's because they are dishonest and ONLY POST THE 4-5 star reviews. This is pure deceit to the consumer

I would give them zero stars if I could for the customer service alone. They sent me a hair piece that was missing a clip so I asked for a return shipping label. They assured me that if I include a receipt, they will reimburse me for shipping. When I asked them about it after I had sent it back, they lied and said the item isnt damaged so they won't refund me for shipping... I have photos of the damaged item.

On top of the bad customer service, the quality was terrible, and like I said above, the hair piece was missing a clip.

This website is sketchy. Customer service is bad. Nothing good to say and will not be going back.
