I ordered a wig & hoped it would be delivered before I left on vacation. When I didn't get an email saying "shipping in progress" I called to check on the status. A wonderful woman helped find my wig & got it shipped that same day, in plenty of time for my trip.

Bought a steamer. Used once and it broke. Lady on phone said they sell returned items. Paid a hundred bucks for the product and got seventy back upon returning a week old broken steamer. Buyer beware. Not a reputable company.

Not what I expected. I only wear this style and it is not like any other ones I've purchased. The color is off length is off
