I would give them zero stars if I could for the customer service alone. They sent me a hair piece that was missing a clip so I asked for a return shipping label. They assured me that if I include a receipt, they will reimburse me for shipping. When I asked them about it after I had sent it back, they lied and said the item isnt damaged so they won't refund me for shipping... I have photos of the damaged item.
On top of the bad customer service, the quality was terrible, and like I said above, the hair piece was missing a clip.
This website is sketchy. Customer service is bad. Nothing good to say and will not be going back.
