Total scam. Ordered 3 items in January, 2020. Repeatedly asked for updates, refunds etc. Also submitted a grievance through PayPal. Just (April 16,2020) received 1 item and no further refund for unsent items. PayPal is no help or protection from this scam site. Be warned!
Ordered a dress on Jan 26,2020. Not received or any correspondence by March 26. Emailed the company 3 times, each time they said "hold on a few more days". I finally just asked to cancel and get a refund. No responce! I filed a claim with PayPal.
I'm not the first or only one who has been scammed by this company! And I'm very disappointed in PayPal, who knows they are a corrupt company!
Scam. I ordered three items (On 2/2/20 $78.98 total, It was buy 2 and get third idem free) only received one. I file complaint with Paypal. Whosechic offered refund of $3.00. Can you believe it? ONly $3. I rejected and made a counter offer ($39.99=78.98- 38.99) but Paypal said on 3/27/20, I have to report to the federal as scam. I did. Then Whochic offered the refund if I send the one I received by 4/9/20. It was already 4/5/20. There is not much time to send. It takes over week to get to China. The address provided was in China which some were written in Chinese. I do not trust Whosechic. Do you think they acknowledge that they received? I don't think so. I'd better keep what I got. So I let this dispute closed. I am not the only one saying this. Don't use Paypal. They are not much help.
I ordered items from here and kept waiting. And waiting. Nothing was sent. They kept telling me they were working on properly packing the items. I finally have taken the issue to paypal
I hope I will get my money back. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY! Stay far away!
This is a joke! Ordered pants on January 18th and still waiting! Don't bother trying to get a customer service person to help you because they will not respond!
