Attracted by price on a ropey Sunday morning then did my research! More fool me. I cancelled the order Sunday evening and have been emailing back and forward trying to get my refund. They asked for 20% for handling then 10% then when I still refused they told me things could get very difficult! Hows that for customer service.
A charge has been added to the cost of the club (for credit card I imagine) and I have been told it will take 20 days to complete. We will see. NIGHTMARE!
Wholesalgolf118 is the worst site I have ever come across. My K15 Ping Driver was shipped from China. It had a dent and paint missing. The transfer was the wrong way round. I have now established it is couterfeit. Customer service was a joke. Lucky for me I am Police Officer and I have passed my findings to US Customs. They can run but they cannot hide. Prosecution is the only way to stop these sites.
Bought a K15 ping driver from this site. It came from China and was fake. Customer service was a joke and I did not receive compensation. Avoid this site. How can we close it down.
The site says based in America but it is actually in China and everything they sell is counterfiet. Do not buy!
