Attracted by price on a ropey Sunday morning then did my research! More fool me. I cancelled the order Sunday evening and have been emailing back and forward trying to get my refund. They asked for 20% for handling then 10% then when I still refused they told me things could get very difficult! Hows that for customer service.
A charge has been added to the cost of the club (for credit card I imagine) and I have been told it will take 20 days to complete. We will see. NIGHTMARE!
