Is this website really legit because they do not respond back to you to save a life. I've been reaching out to them since Monday for a n order made on Friday but nobody have tried to reach out or anything. This is horrible because I wanted to use them as my vendor. I read a lot of reviews about them and thought they would be a great fit but I don't think I can work with them after this.
Run... run away far away... this site is not legit... and they say chic me is bad lol... ordered my items still saying processing... looks as if its a old computer they are using and it is still being updated... still hasn't been shipped but let me see what they are gonna do will be back with an update

If you're happy to pay for your order & just receive half or if you're not bothered your items look nothing like advertised this is the site for you. After service just as good, they like to play a game of we will refund you but the catch is they don't.
Don't be fooled by the fab communication beforehand, once they have your money their job is done.

DISHONEST business run by the Chinese. Half of the shipment was defective and they refused to give me a refund. Instead, they offered me a 4% "discount" on my next purchase and requested me to keep the defective clothing because "they still look very cool".
Worst shopping experience online with these people. STAY AWAY.
Clothes are nothing like the pictures. Measurements are inaccurate. Colors are inaccurate too.

I received my piece ahead of expected time of arrival, I was a little scared at first because when I checked the tracking site fo order it never changed for 6 days so that just lets me know if I have something plan order my pieces 2 months in advance because it is coming from overseas.
Wholesale7 sent me a poor quality dress that looked like a mediocre seamstress made it. Upon return, I was told that I would only receive 20% refund, and pay shipping and taxes. Shipping for an opened package is normal but there are no taxes to pay on a returned item. Tax usually applies to a purchase, not a return. I will not do business with Wholesale7 again.
Didn't get the item, told me its out of stock after 4 days and didn't refund my money. And they say they will send any item of their choice for my money. I'm gonna do marketing for them free of charge about how bull$#*! they are. On Facebook, on twitter and warn as much as people I can. I wanna give them ZERO or negative star.
The customer service representative Michelle was super helpful in assisting me with my order and answering questions I had! My clothing pieces were beautiful and good quality! I would order from here again! :)
I paid for a merchandise that I never received. They sent my merchandise to other country and refused to solve the situation or refund my money. The worst wholesaler ever! Don't buy anything from this company or you will loose your money just like me.

I use this site for all my accessories for my own shop. My account manager Cherry is outstanding. The only issue I have is with processing and not knowing what is or isn't in stock until its too late. However customer service is amazing about getting back with you and finding other items, or compensating the loss with credit to your account.

I love how fast and attentive the reps are here. Even with a 24 time difference they always responded. They even refunded me $ when they found an item cheaper. They are for their customers. I look forward to being a long term customer.
I was a little skeptical about ordering from this site, thinking that the clothes would look cheap, however when I received my package I was blown away by the quality for the price I paid. I will definitely continue to shop on wholesale 7.:-)
Overall, I'm really satisfied. I ordered 3 pieces only to try them out and I'm not disappointed. All items are of excellent quality (even chiffon dress!, to be honest, I didn't expect it to be that nice).
I ordered a pretty cheap pullover with a fun a print. I actually I'd wear it couple of times and that's it. But it turned out so way better than I hoped for! The material is super nice, it's pleasing to skin and the color is so vibrant. I already washed it several times and it turned great!
I ordered my items and a week later they message me saying they haven't shipped it yet because one of the items is out of stock so I got my refund for that item and told them to ship the rest. 5 days later I get my tracking number. Every time I track it, it's being saying label being created for the past 2 weeks. It's been a month now and now its saying tracking number unidentified. I spent $101 and I've just been asking for my refund and now they can't message me back. I'm just fed up with the poor customer service. All the outfits I ordered was for a trip for May 20th through May 26 2021 and now I have to find other outfits and the trip is 3 weeks away. I'm very frustrated and just want my outfits or money ASAP.
