Somehow White pages has a Tina listed on my home address. Do not know any Tina. I live at this address for over 19 years. I never have been married. Do not have any children. Every once in awhile I receive U.S. Mail addressed to Tina at my home address. No Tina has ever lived at my address. When I run a background check, like I just do earlier, that name Tina appears because of White Pages incorrect listing. A few years ago I try to get White Pages to remove that name Tina from my records. But all I get is the run around. Here we go again this week. All I get is the runaround with no live person to discuss the issue about White Pages incorrect information about me. Where can I get help in this matter? Thank you. Jim Rose
I paid today to see if I could see a property report and I'm considered a premium member as a premium member it says I should be able to view everything but I can't and I got an alert in my email saying that there was an updated cell phone number for this person and all it is is one digit off from his one that's correct this site is absolute bunk it doesn't say and do what it says it's going to do you have to pay more no matter if you're a premium member or not they want 20 more bucks just to see someone's property? I thought premium member meant all access like it says but it is absolutely inaccurate. What a bunch of crooks.
Since when do you have to pay just for a name and phone number? I don't need a background check or even an address. All I want is a name associated with the number that's calling and you think you should be paid for that? Not to mention the false information and ad pop-ups trying to get you to pay $100 a month to get bad info? No thanks!
I have never been convicted of larceny or run a gambling ring. But if you believe this website, when I was not even in the US but serving overseas in the Army, I was a criminal. Do not believe the information you find here. They combine other people with you if your maiden name is the same. Also I was never evicted from anywhere, but this website, says I was evicted twice from a place I never lived. This has happened because they are combing me with a Caucasian female, and I am not Caucasian. I never lived in Florida or Illinois, and that is how I could tell the website combined my information with another person. I paid to find out about the untruths.
Just found a charge from them on my credit card statement for 29.95, I never even went to their website and certainly didn't enter any payment info! Currently in dispute, I hope I can prove I never gave them any authority to charge me!
How is it that I pay the phone company for an unlisted phone number and
WhitePages publishes it?
And then ignores my reasonable requests to remove it.
Another parasitic website like Radaris, HomeMetry & Rehold.com.
Two days later, fearing that without telling me they would renew every month, I went to their site to cancel. No matter what I entered, they said I was unable to cancel and had to go to another one of their websites. Though I wrote on this second website that I want to cancel, there was no confirmation or indication that they would not renew automatically. Avoid this dishonest, predatory company. They are scum.
Complete fraud. Even if you don't sign up for free trial, they make it seem like giving them your contact info will give you access to your first report, even though it won't, just so they can sell it to others.
I use the site for work, locating next of kin/family members in emergency situations. I've found Whitepages.com to be extremely helpful and easy to use. I've also found billing/customer service to be easy to deal with. I do have concerns about their policy re: background checks--buy 5 but have to use them in a certain amount of time or lose them--I think that's a little icky. Many of my peers also use the site and have the same experience. We've tried Spokeo and InstantCheckmate; most of us like Whitepages.com the best. Just saying.
Whitepages.com used to be a site I could access to find a landline phone number that is public. NO LONGER! They have gotten greedy and want $19.95 minimum for public information! Just a phone number! Well, there are other ways- a little harder, but I won't be taken in by their greed.
I used WhitePages to look up a single telephone number, thinking I was paying a one time fee. It turned into a monthly payment. Perhaps I failed to read the fine print, but I feel the way this sales pitch was presented was deceptive at best.
Paid $9.99 and got no information about someone's criminal activity. It showed Into the individual had a lot of arrests but all it would say is, "No information available." Tried uploading a pic for proof, as I took a pic of what they sent me and all I get is upload a gif, jpg or PNG file.,
This company will continue to charge your credit card for months after you sign up. You can call and cancel but they will continue to charge your account even if they verbally tell you that they will stop the charges. I would not EVER give them your credit card number. Their customer service is horrible.
They make you think you are paying for lot of information but then it turns out to be very little. And watch out because they will keep billing your card until you figure out they are robbing you every month for $29.95.
I will never use them again!
Out of date information. Cannot even get current address or phone number correct. Just slaps together a bunch of irrelevant stuff and provides teasers to get more information like "2 more mobile numbers". A complete waste of money and time.
Ilovekickboxing has been a great addition to my regular gym routines, helping me build stamina and also losing weight. I like having another option to go to besides the same gym routine all the time. It's been a dynamic, power-packed addition to my workout regimen.
My name was appearing to have criminal records which was a total lie. I need to take legal action as it is hurting my employment and professional, personal reputation. When I try to search it was it available to US residence how could they get my info when I am not based in US
I did a search before I purchased their service. It showed me the correct first initial of the person's first and last name. After I made the purchase I had to redo the search (they should have saved my original search). The new results were completely different.
My google site ranking went down, but the amount of calls I received from other companies trying to offer me SEO optimisation services went through the roof!
Don't sign up expecting this to improve you site ranking in google search results. According to the Sensis complaints department, this service will not be enough to do this and you will still need to spend "over $1000 a month with other services". (Not White Pages Connect). I tried multiple times to cancel, but was told I couldn't. I requested a copy of the original sales call to verify that I was mislead, but they said they were under no obligation to provide this. Don's waste your time or you money.
I got more recent info with a simple google search than with their so called "premium" service. Oddly, the free search on whitepages had the most recent address and phone number... worthless-glad i didn't spend the $30 and tried he free trial
Answer: No. The brain dead knuckle dragging thieves who run that shithole of a site couldn't program their way out of a bag of dog-dookie. Idiots.
