I would like to take the opportunity to review the Spinner Chief program and tell you a little about it. If I could give them a negaitve number I would. The product is NOT user friendly at all. I have a mac and it does not function on a mac correctly. I asked for a refud and they said yes. Then I followed up on where my refund was and they refused to give me my refund. The customer service is HORRIBLE, they kept offering to do a screenshare and assist, so I sent them times for almost 2 weeks straight that EVERY SINGLE time they somehow "missed" and reached out again. Total scam and rip off.

This is a company that should be shutdown, and if they would be in a western country they probably would but they are in China with basically no cyberlaws. I've bought followinglike which is crappy hard to use software. I wanted a refund but they offered to add certain functionality to it within 2/3 weeks. They kept postponing it everytime for a few weeks. It's been 3 months away now and its still unusable software, lacking the functionality they promised. My patience was gone and wanted a refund, which of course was still not possible. They keep looping around in their emails in order to drive you nuts because it costs so much energy that most people just give up. It's borderline fraud. I've opened a paypal dispute and hope to get my money back that way. Please don't buy from this company and look for an alternative. The salespages look great and you think this is the software you're looking for but the actual software is crap. Once you realize that there's no way back as they don't do any refunds, under no circumstance. There's only 1 reason they don't and that is because they know that the product they sell is crap.
