Spent $3000 and gained 6 email addresses. Women pay nothing to use this site. They are professionally photographed and have free videos produced. Men pay all they money. Of the 6, two that just wanted to be friends after saying anything but prior willingly gave me their WeChat accounts and we still communicate. Of the other four... one said she couldn't meet because of a family tragedy... one just stopped emailing because she spoke no English and the other two would only talk through Whispark claiming they rarely used email and didn't use WeChat which is used by all my other Chinese friends to talk, book taxis, buy food, use in supermarket to pay etc...
I travel to China. I know China a little better than most. I know what apps are used... email is used... so is QQ or 126 or many more. WeChat is incredibly popular but there are other sites similar such as Weibo... all are accessible to non-Chinese too... to claim not to use them or have them is nonesense which therefore can only make me conclude that this website is yet another site which is there to rip off and con the unsuspecting, the lonely and the rich white man.
The women are in all likelyhood just there to make money... the pictures of breasts, nipples and bodies are all professional shots and not undertaken by the individuals... these are models... but not models in the true sense but glamour models. Porn models...

Do not bother if you do not have the means to travel and a big wallet. The site is expensive, but if you focus on one or two women that meets your requirements it is manageable, but figure at least $1000 per month. Ask right away about language skills, ability to travel, divorced, kids, etc. Don't click on every photo or video they send, it adds up. Get the maximum package once a week, you get 70 chats a day plus credits for mail, photos, etc.

Correction/update: I am in Kiev now, and having a great time getting to know the woman I met on Whispark. She did confirm that the women get a 10% cut of what you spend chatting on them and sharing photos so of course women have incentives there. We are happy we met and our relationship has been a magical experience for both of us. Perhaps we were outliers. There are other details I learned my friend does not want disclosed.

She suggested if you want to meet women in Ukraine, just go to Kiev and Odessa and try Tinder or Baidu. But we are happy we met through Whispark and are no longer on the site.
