I sent this in the last email to Amy Lin who emailed me over 20 time trying to explain why my order was late. Then about the sizes and missing set. Thank you but no thank you I will not be ordering anything else from this site it was a very horrible experience. It is my first and last time ordering and I will advise others around me and on the web not to either. I tried to nice about the whole situation but the quality is trash the sizes are way off the extra large set fits me better than the medium that was ordered. I will be posting about this trash site. Then you want to offer me 30 percent of more of your junk I'll stick with lovely I hope my wasted money helps you thanks for nothing and there is no need to write back.

I rarely write a review for the most worst buying experience, but, I bought a lapel dress I saw on Pinterest. It was gorgeous from the picture, but, it was about 5 sizes too small. Amy Li responded to my message, explaining my dilemma, and she kept insisting that it would cost too must to return and offered me a 20% coupon and 20% of my refund which was about 2.28.
Awful experience for this online shopper. I'll stick with my usual shops.

The mail id & contact details are of no use. They will give a call on your order & send tour material through Bludart & you will get clothes totally different & of no use.
Ordered western wear & received saree which is tornado.

Before i read the reviews, i was skeptical of the site being that ALMOST EVERYTHING IS FROM ALIEXPRESS WITH JACKED UP PRICES and no contact phone number. I ask for a reply to my e-mail before i would finalized my order. Then i checked the reviews. BABBYYYY, so glad i did i KNOW i saved myself a headache and my money.

Dont purchase its a scam. They are fraud company which sends in rags instead of what u order and never reply back. Their webpage will show error when u message ITS A BIG SCAM

I purchased 4 items on 01/25/2018. I received an email stating that the items were shipped on 02/02/2018 stating that the 4 items were shipped. I received a package on 02/09/2018. Inside the package were only 2 items. I sent whatwears an email advising that I only received two items. Whatwears responded immediately asking which items were missing. I sent a return email advising which two items were missing. Whatwears responded immediately and they apologized for the missing items and asked if I wanted them to resend the items or if I wanted a refund. Due to their holiday a refund wouldn't be processed until 02/22/2018 onward. And they asked if I could send a picture of one of the missing items. Also, prior to knowing about all of the above issues I placed a second order on 01/28/2018 for 8 items totaling almost $200. Once again I didn't receive all of the items. I received a package on 02/12/2018 containing four items. There were two ther tracking numbers listed for this purchase. When I checked the tracking status on 02/12/2018 it stated one was in transit and the other was waiting for the item to be received at the facility. Again I contacted Whatwears questioning how I could return the second order. I was told that returns would be at my expense and to let them know if I wanted to proceed so that they could give me the address. I was also told to please wait for the items perhaps I will change my mind about it. The quality of the items that I've received thus far have been very cheap and some have a weird smell. I definitely will not be keeping these items. I will never order from them again.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 2 ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED 1ITEM BUT THE TRACKING INFORMATION THEY SUPPLIED SHOWED BOTH ITEMS SHIPPED (LIERS). THE ITEM I RECEIVED WAS TO SMALL, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN IT FOR 2 WEEKS NOW. WHEN I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY BY EMAIL, THEY ARE SUGGESTING I KEEP THE ITEM I DID RECEIVE THAT IS TO SMALL AND THEY WILL REFUND ME 10 OR 20% AND DISCOUNT MY NEXT PURCHASE AND FOR THE 2 ITEM I DIDN'T RECEIVE THEY ARE NOW SAYING ITS NO LONGER IN STOCK AND TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY FOR 2 WEEKS NOW (SCAMMERS) THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD OF RETURNING MY MONEY. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR RETURN POLICY STATES, YOU CAN RETURN CLOTHING ITEMS IF ITS UNDAMAGED UNWORN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 30 DAYS (FRAUD). THIS COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY NOR SEND YOU RETURN INFORMATION SO YOU CAN RETURN YOUR PURCHASE EVEN WHEN YOU ARE PAYING TO SHIP THE RETURN.!... WARNINGS...!... DONOT... ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...!
