I purchased 4 items on 01/25/2018. I received an email stating that the items were shipped on 02/02/2018 stating that the 4 items were shipped. I received a package on 02/09/2018. Inside the package were only 2 items. I sent whatwears an email advising that I only received two items. Whatwears responded immediately asking which items were missing. I sent a return email advising which two items were missing. Whatwears responded immediately and they apologized for the missing items and asked if I wanted them to resend the items or if I wanted a refund. Due to their holiday a refund wouldn't be processed until 02/22/2018 onward. And they asked if I could send a picture of one of the missing items. Also, prior to knowing about all of the above issues I placed a second order on 01/28/2018 for 8 items totaling almost $200. Once again I didn't receive all of the items. I received a package on 02/12/2018 containing four items. There were two ther tracking numbers listed for this purchase. When I checked the tracking status on 02/12/2018 it stated one was in transit and the other was waiting for the item to be received at the facility. Again I contacted Whatwears questioning how I could return the second order. I was told that returns would be at my expense and to let them know if I wanted to proceed so that they could give me the address. I was also told to please wait for the items perhaps I will change my mind about it. The quality of the items that I've received thus far have been very cheap and some have a weird smell. I definitely will not be keeping these items. I will never order from them again.
Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s). You couldn't be more careful when you want to choose an ideal size.
