Products came just fine but saw charges on my card after the fact of some VIP program. Not cool. Charges on a third party vendors. Called customer service they told me to call other vendor. I feel that this type of shady business practices need to be made aware to other buyers.
I honestly will never order from them again. Customer service is horrible. Have called three times, spoken to 3 different people. All 3 were horribly rude and of course I have not received my item or the refund. 45 days should be plenty to take care of an issue! They had no problem immediately charging my credit card! Never again! Wish I could rate them a ZERO!
What a snotty customer service dept. they have! I ordered a small rug then DAYS LATER it was ON SALE for more than half price and when I called about that, the Customer Service had the attitude of "oh well, too bad." I am going to UNSUBSCRIBE from them and they will never get a penny from ME EVER again! Really, don't get seduced by anything this company offers in any way. Quality is very inconsistent also. Save yourself their attitude and your money. (This is really owned by that junk company called Wireless too). Pasadena baby! Now I am going to go "unsubscribe."
I ordered 3 sweat shirts on 11/29/17(received what on earth confirmation email on that date). They were Christmas gifts. After 2 calls to "customer service" I was promised they would arrive before Christmas. They arrived yesterday, 1/4/18. A simple order, placed 3 1/2 weeks before Christmas did not get filled on time, in fact came 1 1/2 week late. Avoid this catalog and the others owned by this company, Wireless, Signals, Signals Plus, Catalog Classics and Das Bleu like the plague!

I ordered eight (8) T-shirts plus a pair of socks. Two of the eight T-shirts were custom designs that I created. EVERY email that I got said that all items were shipped. The package just arrived and upon opening it, the two custom T-shirts were not in the box. I called customer service, and she explained that the item was out of stock and not available. I explained that this was a simple colored T-shirt that I designed, and asked how they could be out of stock. She said sorry. I asked about a different color of the same T-shirt (they had a choice of twenty different colors) and she said that none of the colors were available. I asked why the website allowed the order, and she (lamely) said because the website and warehouse inventory are sometimes out of sync. I asked why the emails said shipped when they knew it was out of stock and not included in the box, and she (lamely) said that it is the holidays, they are very busy, and the people in the warehouse do not have time or access to update the order. What a crock, I will never order from this pathetic outfit again.
Ordered from this company on 12/11/17. Contacted them on 12/20 to let them know that I hadn't yet received my order and was told it was still sitting in warehouse. I explained it was a christmas order and was told someone from warehouse would call me. I spent 15 mins just waiting to talk to someone. Today 12/21 I have yet to receive the call from the warehouse so I tried to speak with customer chat online and after 10 mins with no response I gave up. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service I have ever seen!
I ordered a wine glass with my sister's name etched into it. When It arrived the name was misspelled. I called to try to get them to send me the product with the name spelled properly. I was told to send it back and I would be reimbursed for the return shipping cost. I sent it back and my account was credited for the amount of the product but not for the original shipping or for the return shipping. I told them to cancel the order and return my shipping costs and ordered the product elsewhere. Well they didn't cancel the order but instead sent me another glass but only after I got my replacement. I am now out $25.65 for a useless product. This is the second (and last time) they get to screw me over. Never again! Buyer beware!
Placed 2 orders from this website on 12-9-2017 and still have not gotten any of it. Customer service is pretty much non-existent. Tried the Chat line and still no answers on status. Will never order from this site again. I think I just threw away about $100. Live and learn!
Got only half of my order. They ignore all my emails concerning the shipment. Will never buy from companies like this again! They need to be sued by everyone they ripped off.
Never got my shipment. Several emails later they tell me my card was never charged but it was. Not sure if they are a scam or just idiots but never again. I think their specialty is being full of $#*! and providing really crappy customer service. Avoid this over priced $#*!ty site.
Your catalog has some different stuff in it but very very expensive for no reason that I can tell! A t-shirt that says the beach is my happy place... 40 bucks... give me a break! Ridiculously over priced

I live in Canada and went to put an order in for one item at $29.99 and by the time they added duty and shipping the order came to $82.29! US. When I questioned the price they said it was for duty at $19.99 US. Well I contacted Canada Border and calculated the rate and the duty would be $5.79 Canadian! Are they making their own profit by charging the flat rate of $19.99? Advise all Canadian to stay away from this site.
Your president trump merchandise is very offensive and disrespectful to the president and to the majority of people who voted him into office. 53% of women voted for him and since most of the people who order from catalogs are women I would say your catalog will be the biggest loser! Your catalog will go in the trash the minute it arrives at my house. Did you advertise a Hussein Obama damn it doll when he was elected? I didn't think so!
I ordered a personalized item and received the most absolute worst customer service when I had to call them to tell them I received the wrong item. Three different people over the course of one hour that I spoke to and each one of them just as rude as the next. The one woman actually took a call from her daughter while she was supposed to be helping me! I provided them all the proof they needed of the error and they still dragged their feet on a resolution. Ultimately I spoke with the vendor they used and that vendor was more than happy to fix the problem. If What on Earth doesn't want to fix issues on personalized items than they shouldn't be selling them or so willingly taking my money.
Received wrong product and the tried to tell me I ordered the wrong item. It took over two weeks to get my money back. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my 53 years by far!
Made a purchase Nov. 22,2015. Oct. 18,2016 received charge of $14.95 for VIP Club. Rep said I clicked that button while checking out. I've written an email explaining date by date and asking for proof I personally ordered that or confirmation of a refund.
I am extremely disappointed that this company, whom I have ordered from before, deceptively signed me up to be in their VIP club for $14.95 per month! One phone call and they credited it but I never signed up for this--it would have been a uncheck the box type thing on my order. I will not be doing business with them again.
Very disappointed my items never arrived in time for Christmas as planned! Half the order came & partly misspelled! I must say after complaining I was given a refund on 3 shirts & shipping costs.
In December of 2015, I placed an order with these people, but the item never arrived. I phoned to let them know and they said they would promptly replace the lost gift at no cost to me. Dandy. The replacement arrived, was given as a Christmas present and I thought all was well--UNTIL January 11th when they charged me $14.95 out of the blue. I complained and they said it was a charge to join their "club" because I had "filed a claim" with them. I was never told about this and I was livid. They did refund the money--grudgingly. I will never buy from these people again. There are too many other catalog companies and online sites that won't try to cheat me.
