To ship it back would have been over $30, they do not pay for return shipping. Since the mouse was $45 it wasn't worth paying the shipping to return the mouse.
Ordered an item, it was never delivered. Contacted the company to have them change the address and there was no communication prior to the package being shipped

I have noticed the case is curved, I suspect this is not part of the design and more a manufacturing defect but doesn't cause any issues usage.

The shipping took way too long. If you are going to take well over a month, you need to be transparent about that fact. Everything on your site said 10-14 days after order is processed. You may "technically" be being truthful by taking weeks to "process" but it's deceptive and because of that, I wouldn't order from again. The product itself was fine.

I ordered a keyboard which I received with spare keycaps, a keycap puller in addition to the keyboard which matched exactly the description. I received it between 1 and 2 weeks. I recommend!
