It took a long time to get my order, and there were some annoying problems with the courier that this shop uses. At first it seems it was delivered to the wrong location, but eventually I received the product.
Took over a week to respond to a return request. Does not disclose additional fees associated with returns. Deters customers from returning even if unsatisfied with the product. Lack of follow through on email responses.

I wanted a pink keyboard with rgb, couldn't find the one until I saw an ad for this My Melody keyboard. It's a good price and much cuter in person.

The keyboard turned out great. It was exactly what i needed and wanted. The shipping was a little weird but other than that i am more than satisfied.
Delivery took some time since the product came from China. But I appreciate being kept in the loop about the delivery. The initial intent at product set up was painful. I'm still not using the product in my workflow because of this. WhatGeek needs to do a much better of providing a guide for Windows/Mac machines. Is there documentation for both platforms? The only reason I'm not giving it one star is because it seems to be for a very tech oriented customer base who don't mind doing the leg work and tooth pulling to get it to work...I'm on a Mac and have done some research and now need to give it another go (I'm time poor and will eventually get to it). I'm not giving up yet.;-)
The print is not good. Up right section is look like blurry printed.
Good, Whatgeek have many gizmos::::---- i wanted some shortcuts macros, but when i make the macros it mess with my main keyboard, so despite it feels robust, clicks and nobs feel good, rite know is just in a corner collecting dust and alien live.
Good device however wished I had bought the anbernic RG35XX plus. The stock sd card is very poor, I have already had to buy a new one.
