I could go on for days but i'm going to keep this short. I live in ohio. I ordered a holster from them that they said was made in texas. After waiting for it to be made and then waiting days for it to be shipped. I then watch it get shipped to California. It stays there for nearly a week. I have tried to get answers on why it's taking so long. And why it would be shipped to california before ohio. I, of course, inquired about what was taking so long But I of course got no reply. I guess why would they reply? They already got my money...ffs
I didn't think a company could really be as bad a the reviews would lead you to believe but they truly do have the worst customer service I have ever had and they choose over inflated shipping charges for expedited service then give you the absolute slowest service available their return policy is terrible and after you pay so their fees you will most certainly take financial toll. Please avoid this company and your life will be much better

They received my returned unused holster on January 8 after I followed the directions on their website for a refund. It is now January 31 and they have not issued my refund nor have they responded to my three emails requesting status. This company is either completely incompetent or very unethical. Don't believe anything they say in their website about delivery times or refunds.

Their website says the holster will ship in 2-14 business days. After one month I contacted them requesting that they either ship my holster or cancel my order and refund my payment. A week later neither has happened. Don't waste your money as I apparently have.
Placed my order over a month ago and it has not moved at all. Everytime I contact customer service they provide a BS automated response saying their processing take 14 days. This company is terrible and lacks transparency to their customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere. You'll never receive your order

I placed an order (2nd order) for the wrong holster by accident and immediately sent them an email that they read later in the day and then said sorry to late but you can return it. Had they read the email when it was sent they could have sent the correct item.

I tried to order a holster but it has been a complete crap show. They have zero customer service and their shipping is absolutely absurd. I ordered from ohio, They are made in texas. I have been waiting DAYS for it to ship from CALIFORNIA??? Just go to the store and buy a gun holster from a company that will appreciate the business.
Recently purchased holster from WTP lost a screw causing my firearm to plummet to the ground. No response to several emails and unable to get through by phone to their "customer" service. Would not recommend this company or their products.
I've been waiting sense March 1 for my belt and t shirt to ship and it's still on the "processing" stage. I understand if a holster needs to take a bit of time to ship out but something they should have on a shelf should be going out asap! I've emailed them a couple times and got no response, so then I messaged them on messenger and that worked better they wrote back rite away (live). They pretty much said we're doing everything we can and have a nice day. There customer service and shipping methods are going to be the death of them! Not happy about these wait times and I prob won't be buying from them again…

I own two of there holsters and haven't had any issues both have great retention and fit. I believe people are expecting too much from a mass produced holster that cost $60 or less. Not sure what people expect. If you want a custom holster with perfect fit and finish your looking at spending $150-$200 and waiting 3-4 months before you receive it. I purchased holsters at txc and Odin and both were great quality but 3-4 times the cost. Even tier 1 holsters can reach around $150 loaded out..

I have had no issues and customer service was very pleasant and polite.. if you call with an attitude acting rude you will be treated the same way. Be respectful and treat people the way you would like to be treated this is there job they don’t own the company

Purchased a holster for my p365x and my Glock 19 mos both were well worth the money and both were well made for a mass produced product.. your not paying $60 for a custom holster keep that in mind.. if you want custom it will be 3-4 times the cost like tier 1 txc holsters and Odin holsters
They don't even deserve one star but they made me pick one. Management is very unintelligent and just about all of the employees fail to speak English.
Neber order from these people! I ordered a large order on December 5 for my husband for Christmas gifts and it is still not here! It is January 7th! Ridiculous! I will never order from these people again!

Ordered a holster over a month ago. Paid for expedited shipping. Still in PROCESSING. Called and spoke to the rudest customer service agent. She stated they had not even started to build it yet. Other than that, she had zero information and tried to turn the conversation into me having a problem versus the fact that they take customers' money, knowing they will not provide the product in the timeframe they set. They will take your money and not send your product. STAY AWAY. I will be canceling my order and looking for a reputable manufacturer.

I'm not here to trash this company but to make sure customers know of a serious problem with one of the IWB holster for a Springfield XD 40 cal sub compact. The fit is perfect. The comfort level wearing it is excellent. Only one problem if you need to go to the restroom and drop your pants the pistol will fallout. Even running it will comeout. And tightening the one screw on it will not solve this extremely dangerous problem. I own a leather holster for my Glock 43x that is the best holsters I own. So this isn't the entire line they sell. But if my 40 cal had accidentally discharged I would probably not be alive today inorder to alert customers of theirs of this defect.

The pistol will easily fallout of the IWB holster for a Springfield XD sub compact 40 caliber pistol. It's fallen out 3 times thus for on me and that's we me trying to be careful.

Ordered Nov 11, still haven't received it. They keep saying order issues but then send me 300 emails, 200 texts and YouTube videos talking about We the People deals on holsters before the holidays and get it for Christmas. I haven't even received the one I ordered before Thanksgiving. BS.

Horrible company to deal with. Cocky customer service. Takes 4-8 day for delivery after it's sent out. Now it's sitting in my local post office for 4 days. I think it time for them to research a new shipping company. What company takes that long. Maybe coming from china I expect that. The customer service rep wasn't interested in helping at all. Just giving excuses after excuses pretty much there's nothing I can do about it. She says. This is an American company? I'd be ashamed to work for them. Hope they go bankrupt

This holster looks like a hot turd. They did a fantastic job of sandwiching it between two phone books while someone sat on top of it to form it to the gun. Great job covering the edge of the rear sight against the sweat shield too! The finish work is atrocious, hard edges that just look bad. On top of it all, they want to charge a return fee? F*CK YOU! The only thing "custom" about this holster is how they custom tailor their business to screw customers

The order for 2 shirts took over a month to arrive. I can buy from China faster than that and that's probably what they're doing. If you don't make shirts to stock don't sell them. Insight into a business that I wouldn't trust.

Sent message to ensure correct fit for firearm. Took over 3 weeks to ship. When it got here the gun will not fit! Even after I asked for the correct holster for the exact model I own. The belt I bought fits like an elastic band. I ordered a waist 38-40. Jeans are 36 and I cannot even connect it without the holster. Very disappointed. Now nothing I ordered worked out for me and I have to pay return shipping. This is piss poor customer service I recommend reading other reviews and buying ANYWHERE else. BUYER BEWARE! I bought an IWB holster for my Glock 19 back in March this year ('23), almost immediately did not like how bulky the holster is (the clip sticks out so far!) And just how miserable it is to adjust the clip to give it some cant (0⁰ normally). If you adjust the cant at ALL, the clip will NOT hold onto your belt correctly. Scared the crap out of me when I went to draw once and the holster came out with it. I'm using a 1.5" Nexbelt for anyone wondering. Also, the customer service sucks. I emailed them with my distresses and never even got a response acknowledging it. I think they're just riding the wave of new CCW's who Google holsters, see them, and go with it because "oh cool business name". They are NOT worth it!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order on November 28 and as of today, December 19, have not gotten a shipping email. I emailed asking when my order would ship and received no reply, so I spoke to them over the chat feature which I added in the pictures. Their answer was that they're busy and have no idea when the order I placed for Christmas presents will get here. If the person I spoke with had at least been decent about it and given me some kind of reasonable answer I wouldn't be so angry, but all he said is that they're busy, he doesn't know when it will ship, and happy holidays. The same thing happened when I ordered for Fathers Day, it took weeks to come in and I had to contact them to find out if it shipped because I never got a shipping email. Their website says fast shipping but that's a big ole load of crap. This place sucks.
