Disappointed
April 5, 2022

Very disappointed in this holster. I ordered 2 from this company for a p365 and a fn 509 the p365 had a good look on the pistol. But the 509 had no lock what do ever. I won't be using this company anymore. Also the p365 holster it jabs into ur stomach a good bit.

I will never buy from this company again!

"We the people holsters" has to be the worst business I've dealt with as far as customer service and professionalism goes. I ordered three items from them and over two weeks later I still have no merchandise, no response to my many attempts to reach out about my purchase, no tracking information and all I get when trying to contact them is an automated text message saying that my stuff is still at their premises after two weeks and when I try to call I get a message that says I've reached out to them after their normal business hours which are 9am-5pm everyday at different times all within their business hours. So I dont know if they're going out of business or just that much unprofessional, but all I know is that I will never buy from this company again!

Terrible

Customer service is terrible, I'm so disappointed, buy USA, this saddens me that this is the quality and service that we provide in the USA.
I should have read the reviews before I ordered
I hope others read the reviews.

I ordered 2 items the 27th of November I received half my order about a week before christmas. I wrote an email explaining this was a christmas present. I wrote this at 11pm at night. I got a response right away so I wrote right back. I realized I was talking to angela morris in real time. She ended up saying poor kevin didnt get his order life sucks. I really believe she was drunk. Well I still havent received it and they still have my money. Sorry it was angela morris that was so rude

I ordered an IWB holster for my Sig P365 when it was a relatively inexpensive purchase. First of all, it took about a month to get, which was ridiculous.

The holster was just okay, but the retention was a joke, virtually non-existent and no real adjustability.

I recently thought about ordering one for my newer P365XL, but the price has virtually doubled, and the shipping and quality issues with the poor retention options are the same per current reviews.

Vedder, Werkz, or Harry's Holsters are all very good holsters, reasonably priced, and far surpass anything We The People now has to offer.

I did find a use for my WTP holster. I bought the car holster mount and now use my old WTP holster for long drives. When I stop for a break, I simply transfer my Sig to o e of my other holsters.

You couldn't pay me to take anything from this company. They posted a photo on the other site of a gun in a holster that it won't even fit and Customer Service confirmed this and they still charge me a fee to send it back so it cost me 10 bucks to rent it for the day to find out it wouldn't even work. NEVER AGAIN!

I am not the only one
August 27, 2022

After 3 weeks waiting for the delivery of my order and two emails sent from me to know when the holster and security device would be sent,... it finaly arrived, but, for a change, they sent the holster for a left-hand shooter, althoug the envelope and the descrption outside of the envelope says right holster. The good news is that I know to draw a pistol with both hands... but you can imagine that I was left-handed.
After this experience, which was more like a test to make another possible purchases, my experience has not been the best, if not the worst, and inmy personal opinion is that yours do not represent, not by far, the customer satisfaction of those like me. That we make responsible use of the second amendment.

Horrible

Ordered a sweatshirt and hoodie bullets. 1st, the sweatshirt took over a month. 2nd the strings on the hoodie were so frayed I couldn't get the hoodie bullets on. 3rd, it's crap quality. 4th I ordered a xl so I can wear stuff underneath. I'm 5'8" and when I raise my arm it's a belly shirt. How is that a xl?

Placed a christmas order and as of today I have not had one correspondence from We The People on the status of my order. Compare this with BRCC and Ninline...both of who confirmed the order, fullfilment and shipping status. I tried to follow up with WTP, but could not speak with anyone from the company, this includes being on hold for over 40 minutes! I will not recommend this company to anyone and would highly recommend that you chose another company to do business with.

Restock rip off

Order my holster, they send the WRONG one, I sent back to get replaced with the correct one, they charged my CC 35% RESTOCKING FEE. NO WAY! And they have not sent the replacement holster either. They will not take phone calls and have not returned any emails, about 20 so far.

I purchased a holster for a Sig 365, everything seemed legit and was excited about my purchase, but after a few weeks of not getting anything from the company, I tried to contact them, mainly to see how long it would take. It took forever to finally get someone on the line. I had no idea it would take months to get the holster, i would have never bought one from them if they told me it would take a while. After getting the holster, my gun did not fit correctly with my sight and light. I sent them multiple pictures of the problem and finally convinced them that it just didn't work, they finally said that they would send another one. After another 6 weeks or so, i received the new holster. I still had to do some modifications myself so that the gun would click into place, filing ect. I use the holster every once and a while, ended up getting another holster and belly belt that works much better. For the record, it's not a bad holster, they do a fine job but the customer service and the wait time for this holster was way beyond what it should have been. The main problem is that they don't say anything about how long or if there backed up or whatever the reason is. The guy i finally was able to talk to almost seemed agitated about my impatient, he just said that they are custom made and it takes a while. After reading some of the reviews (after my purchase), there seemed to be alot of the same complaints, that it just takes them forever to get you the product. There are too many good companies that make solid holsters, i will never buy from them again. Also, i would have left a review earlier but there's nowhere on there site to leave a review, only to preview other reviews.

Dangerous IWB holster
December 26, 2022

I'm not here to trash this company but to make sure customers know of a serious problem with one of the IWB holster for a Springfield XD 40 cal sub compact. The fit is perfect. The comfort level wearing it is excellent. Only one problem if you need to go to the restroom and drop your pants the pistol will fallout. Even running it will comeout. And tightening the one screw on it will not solve this extremely dangerous problem. I own a leather holster for my Glock 43x that is the best holsters I own. So this isn't the entire line they sell. But if my 40 cal had accidentally discharged I would probably not be alive today inorder to alert customers of theirs of this defect.

Incompetent and condescending customer service
February 14, 2022

I was not going to do a review because we all make mistakes, things happen; "First world problems" I call them, but after I called and spoke to a Christine in "Customer service" I changed my mind. Woman was a complete insert-verb to me on the phone.

Long story short, I ordered a holster. Two hours later decided to cancel the order and emailed them asking to do so. I then received confirmation THE NEXT DAY that it was canceled.

One Week later, I am notified the holster was shipped and emailed them asking what gives. They told me, "You have to wait to get the holster then pay for the shipping and send it back and we will issue a refund".

So I am punished for staying in my lane and being squared? They started with a Lie and when I proved that to be incorrect was told too kick rocks. Wish I could post the recording, Christine was INSTANTLY hostile when told the situation and how I don't want to pay the shipping due to their error.

Also, I got the holster. Its cheap and the metal clip on the side is single point.

Spend $30 more and get a LAS or with a company that doesn't drops the ball on simplicity.

This is my experience with the company and you can judge based off your own but I called in and gave them very specific specs for my glock 35 with the streamlight and I ordered a magazine holster as well $80 for everything was not bad but expected it to b a solid holster however this is very flimsy along with they sent me a holster for a streamlight that was not to the specifications that I asked for. The magazine holster was a completely different color
Needless to say it does not work for my weapon so I need to send it back after waiting for you 3 weeks for it to be built and sent to arrive is a long time. So I have to call back in and ask for a new one and spoke to a Desiree she was very rude and needless to say if she was happy to tell me there was an extra charger if I sent back both the magazine holster and holster for the gun. The charge would be shipping... I can see if I just did not want this anymore or found the product not to my liking I could pay for shipping and handling but you guys messed up off of the recorded phone call order. How is that my fault and why would I be charged for shipping twice. It is clear you do not care about the client and or really about the quality of your product
