Was horrified by the prices of new phones so great to find this website where you can buy both re-conditioned and new, but older model, phones. A quick call was all it took to buy and it was delivered from Yorkshire to London for the following morning. Emailed them with a query about my operating system and got an answer by return.
I bought a Samsung for my grandmother at the beginning of November 2021. 4 weeks later the phone stops charging, and the on/off button has fallen off. They are ignoring my phone calls and emails. They are scammers, please purchase your phone elsewhere.
My phone arrived, Google account locked. I emailed multiple times with no response. I had to pay to get it fixed. I then eventually managed to phone them and they apologized but I sent 2 emails after that as the phone cant answer and end calls. No response. I sent a WhatsApp to the WhatsApp number, not read.
The website looks good and works well. I had 2 small issues only. It is a bit slow when you connect via Hong Kong. I'm not sure if it is my internet problem or not. Another thing is that they say on the website that they accept PayPal, but when I get there, the option is missing. I wanted to buy an iPhone 5S for my 4-year-old cousin. - Correction! The PayPal button appears with a huge delay. I didn't see it first. Make sure you wait like 5 minutes for the button to appear.
