Wells Fargo Held my deposit stating the bank was written on did not have funds, There were funds in the account when the check was written and cleared the other bank. Wells Fargo told me to stop the check from the other bank as resolution. The escalation team did not assist in any way, definitely closing my account hopefully their is another law suit against them it's unbelievable how they to put the blame on their customers and don't address there flawed system

Walked into the bank today was greeted promptly by the Manager David can't say enough how he treated me " awesome " everything I asked he helped me with right away. I would highly recommend this bank and David big time. Great experience!
The branch in Belleview, Fl was a bit crowded. So I waited while banker Mala worked with an elderly woman. Mala was so patient, always smiling. She did things for the woman on her phone, explained over and over many things. I was close enough to observe how helpful and kind Mala was. Have been a customer at WF many years. Will stay with them many more because of staff like Mala

I tried to boom a flight for tomorrow and the airline booked it for the night of. Arlene helped file a claim to dispute the falsified charge. She was very kind and VERY helpful and saved my night.
Out of nowhere after 10+ years of banking with them WF decided to put a hold on my deposit for 7 business days (actually 8 because apparently they can't count) because I forgot to transfer money from my savings, and overdrafted my checking account by 8$. I was out of town visiting my mother on her death bed, and nobody will even attempt to clear the hold.

Let me start off by saying, that I have been a customer with Wells Fargo Bank for over 10 years and as of lately I have never had a problem with Wells fargo.They have always fixed my problem, they have always worked with me on anything that's come up, and I appreciate them very much. But as of lately I have an issue with trying to scroll down online and see my transactions because you only see half the page and you can not even halfway see that when you scroll down. Other than that there's never really been an issue as long as I've been with Wells Fargo. So could we please get somebody from Wells Fargo to fix this issue because we'd like to have a full page of our transactions to be able to see everything, and it probably would be very bad with people that can barely see anyway! I'm sure that that would help them out a lot because I know that I have eye problems for my diabetes, so I understand the problem not being able to see but if someone could just fix the issues and everything would be perfect. Thank you Wells Fargo.

April 2021, I was scammed by who I thought was my utility company. I was asked to submit a $498 payment, via ZELLE, to ensure my late payment was not submitted to collections. Within a minute of pressing send I realized I was being duped. I immediately hung up and called Wells Fargo to request the payment be canceled or refunded. At the time, WF was unable to assist me with more than just taking down the information I had available of the scammers. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful but a refund was not possible. Fast forward 2 years. Today I received a letter stating they reevaluated my Zelle complaint and determined a refund was warranted. Not only was the full amount refunded, but they included interest! I was blown away that WF prompted this review and refund on their own accord. This is called business integrity. This is, in part, why I continue to bank with WF.

Tyler at Wells Fargo Customer Service provided some of the best customer service I've ever had! Never once did she say "no" or "I can't help you." She was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to solve my problems. If I ever need to call again I hope that she answers the phone!

I have had successful careers in Wall Street, sales for boutique hotels, own my business, wrote a book. And to describe me as Mr. Customer Service is an understatement Exemplary customer service is what keeps clients with companies.
On Tuesday, May 23, I had an issue with a vendor potentially going to charge me on my Wells Fargo debit card. Little did I know that the person in customer service was not only going to correct my issue short and long-term but was going to stop me from closing my Wells Fargo account, which I had open since they were Wachovia, due to the fact I had relocated to Massachusetts where there are no Wells Fargo banks. For over 2 years I had continue to be charged for out of network ATM fees.
How could I leave a bank that had taken such stellar care of my personal and business needs and made exceptions for me but how could I keep paying hundreds of dollars in out of network service fees?
My decision to stay with Wells Fargo was due to a woman Azeemah Davis. Her listening skills, empathy, and determination to correct all my issues that had previously ruined my day and after speaking with her my day became one of gratitude and satisfaction. I was grateful that there was another person in this world that took an interest in the genuine of all customers.
She spent close to one hour looking at my years of loyalty and correcting a potential issues that could have wiped out my checking account balance.
My praise not only goes out to Ms. Davis but her management team. I feel that it is their training that care her the tools necessary to be an exemplary employee and a caring person.
To the management of Wells Fargo; please allow her to continue to embrace her job and your clients. I will surely share my experience with other business associates as well as family and friends.

I have $25,000 in CD's with Wells Fargo that I've had for many years. I am now collecting 3.5% on these CD's.
I visit the closest WF branch yesterday to make a deposit. I expressed my concern that there were few branches and ATMs for use, resulting in charges at other banks. The teller was very empathized, and suggested ways to change my account to eliminate the ATM fees and she said she would elevate this to the local director. Sometime all it takes is one long tern client with a sizable portfolio to make a difference!
