I am owed 1050 US Dollars for a credit card balance refund. I have called in 13 times, per my records. I have sent 11 Emails, and 7 direct messages to the support team. I have contacted the highest level of support. It appears they have absolutely no intention of returning my money to me. They claim that a check was sent, but it was not. I have also not received an affidavit or an electronic transfer either. I am beyond words at my frustration here. I am quite certain they are making no effort to amend this because it has been over a month so far.
Horrible customer service and bank policies. I double pay the minimum, which is very high anyway, and I reduced it to the minimum but didn't realize that it takes time to process, which doesn't make sense so they took me to collection because of their stupid policy for being 10 days late—customer with them since day one and on time payment always. I have been unhappy with them since day one and should have switched but stuck out to pay my balance. No respect to customers for customer service or executive branch. Can't say enough how horrible they are.
I used to be a happy wells fargo customer. Now I'm considering closing every account I have with them. The customer service is always nice, but it's the bank itself and their policies I take issues with. I don't kill the messenger, in other words. Pretty much I signed up for an 'interest-free' credit card through them. Later i was charged a LATE FEE. I called and asked, why is there a late fee on an interest-free card? I had the CASH wise VISA-- an account that does not qualify for a late fee reversal. Which is really stupid. Not to mention the rewards system is SO stingy. You can only withdraw rewards in certain 'increments' that's how they get you to keep using the card. I'm ditching Wells Fargo for Chase Bank. Chase lets me withdraw rewards any time I *******@mn well please, and doesn't have all these confusing credit card rules. Shame on your Wells Fargo. Not to mention your new website interface really sucks.
Unfortunately, any branch you go to, they do not have customer service. That human warmth has been lost. They only allow themselves to be guided by what the book says and they are not even interested in being able to help you. It is very sad!

Their website is a total joke. I signed up for an online account. The two emails they sent have 100% contradictory messages in them. There was an email with Access Code with DOES NOT work and shows an error. Their customer service folks have No idea about any of this and the answer by the phone rep was that b/c many people using the website, that's probably why the links don't work- lol
Stay away if you plan on using online banking services of any type.
They're underwriting department has questionnaire questions that make absolutely no sense! I have been involved with hundreds of Condominium Loans as a Real Estate Broker and every time a Buyer uses Wells Fargo there's always a problem! My last client decided not to buy because it was too stressful to continue with her loan! Never again...

I've been a Wells Fargo business customer for 15 years. 3 weeks ago I had a fraudulent ACH from my account for $2600. I immediately called wells Fargo to report the fraud. I followed up two days later to make sure they were investigations. I was told I would reimbursed the amount of the fraud within 10 business days and there is no more to do on my end. Today I received a letter that the fraud was not reported quick enough and I would not be reimbursed. Thanks for nothing Wells Fargo. Looks like Monday morning I will be withdrawing all funds from you and opening new accounts with another bank. Terrible customer service and do not protect your customers.
I advise anyone that is banking with Wells Fargo they should rethink of choosing another bank or don't all keep all your funds in one bank because they decided to close my checking account without notice I had to call to see why my account was frozen while I was out of town but had the audacity to keep my credit card open to still charge me $30 a month with available credit. It don't matter how long you've banking with them or how you've shown them loyalty because they'll still close the door on you.
Every time I call the customer service number they put me on the phone with someone who doesn't understand the English language which makes it hard to resolve any issues with my accounts. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Tyler at Wells Fargo Customer Service provided some of the best customer service I've ever had! Never once did she say "no" or "I can't help you." She was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to solve my problems. If I ever need to call again I hope that she answers the phone!
This has been going on for days now! I can't log into my account on line; it has happened before. If you have an account there MOVE IT to another bank! I am going to do the same after having a business account there for years. Do not trust them at all and neither do former clients according to your recent reviews. Have called, written, emailed, and am now wondering if the money is still there (?). Any other bank would have solved this in two minutes! No, no trust, move you account post haste!
Along with Deutsche Bank, this is the worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. With no reasons, they just blocked my SWIFT transfer payments without even returning them to the sender. As a result, I have gone two months without my salary compensation, and some big problems with the tax authorities are waiting for me. Ridiculous...
The only reason im a wells Fargo customer is that they bought out my local bank, and i cant get my mortgage moved to another bank, they have cut there hours that there banks are open, there interest rates are the lowest of all banks on savings and deposits, the local branches are closed on weekends so if i need to do business with them i have to drive 40 miles to the nearest open branch, im so disgusted with there lack of customer care, when i call to complain i get blah blah blah were sorry, wells Fargo is only thinking about themselves and there profits.if at all possible please take your business some place else like you local credit union or and online bank.
I was looking online for payday loans and discovered many are scams. Some give you money at outrageous rates, others have all sorts of schemes to keep you paying and never pay off the loan. Wells Fargo (a real bank for those of you who don't live in the west coast) got into the payday loan business and they call it direct deposit advance. I would suggest anyone looking for a payday loan to check out their rates as at least it is a real bank and not some shady online business.
I just sat in line at the drive-through for 20 minutes. I finally had to take my deposit and leave. The teller was rude and very unhelpful. He seemed to prefer helping the men who drove up after me. This was the Wells Fargo on Forest Drive in Columbia South Carolina.

I made many phone call to customer service and no one have any idea or could fix it including online technical support.
Zero ability for the lender to help at all with credit re-building. If you are one of those unfortunate to have collection records dont bother trying use them to get a handle on your debts to consolidate it. They don't care and you are just another screw in their machine to churn out ever more profits with zero care to the customers.

My mom had an IRA at this bank and passed away, I am executor and beneficiary, this bank has been playing games for over 2 months! I get a different story every time I call and was told to speak to a supervisor a request needs to be put in that can also take 10-14 days! Worst experience ever! I can't wait to get my moms money out of this bank!
