I was rammed into by a man doing inventory flying around he corner not pulling the cart so he couldn't see me I was whacked in my shoulder and injured both neck and shoulder. I had swollen ankles due to nerve damage and pain since it happened over a month ago. Now I have to get MRIS Physical Therapy and more tests along with a psyiatrist. I can't even turn my head all the way to the left which Is obviously a burden on my day to day. They knew what happened and they were to blame and still didn't respond to me in until they were served with papers by my lawyer... Lynn Campbell tried to say it was bc her computer crashed. For 3 weeks?. Shows the ethics they have.

I work at the weis in Warminster pa we had a tornado watch that turned into a warning i went the shift supervisor or MOD when it turned into a tornado warning and she looked at me and said uh okay and 10 minutes before that i was putting i e up and she volunteered to hold the door to the ice check by self check out and said to me hyrry up i have more important $#*! to do its nice to know that the staff doesn't care about there people when the national weather service demands you take shelter and the grocery department manager is very rude and constantly makes dammimg remarks about the associates and takes pictures of people right infront of them without there permission and when store management demanded him to delete it his words and I quote were hell no

Bait and switch

We have been shopping here for many years here lately they put something in the circular ex chicken wings 1.99 per lb so I go to the store and I'm told they don't have any more WHAT do you get in 1 box.? So this week shrimp advertised 8/12 grilling shrimp 799 per lb. So I go for them not there so I ask the guy in butcher shop he says they only got 1 box in and to go to customer service so I go and wait for about 5 minutes till somebody shows up and then she tells me we don't give rain checks anymore. Sure sounds like you have perfected the perfect sham. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO WEIS STORES IN THE FUTURE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE

Respect Lacking

Asked customer service a question in the store, was "told that's the way it is", twice. No explanation! No respect for for Customer. Management blamed it on my "assertiveness" and then pulled out the gender card!

Lack of management

I have to say the Wei's markets in Roberts Field in Hampstead is a joke. They allow their managers to cuss, belittle and put their hands on other employees. Don't bother complaining they are all in cahoots together. They hardly work and can most likely be found smoking outside and not washing their hands upon returning back to the department. If you have a teenager please don't allow your child to be employed here. And the icing on the cake is they claim to be an equal opportunity employer but highly discriminate against people who have a legit disability or learning curve.

Today (7-13-2022) at about 8:30 A.M. my wife went to the Weis market in Gap, when she was done, she had to check herself out, there wasn't a check out stand open no one was working the check outs, My wife had close to a or maybe even over $200.00, then she has to bag the groceries, the next thing you will want to have the customer stock the shelves. I thought after the store reopened from the fire it would have better service but that didn't last wrong

Weis mgmt is sometimes NOT "wise"

One local WEIS location has mgmt that is fond of "changing hours" on a whim & often closing an hour early... making SURE customers leave WITHOUT a purchase.

I addressed corporate about the issue & it stopped... FOR NOW.

Regarding shoddy mgmt:
Not a "wise way" to do WEIS business.

I'm sure when people see my reviews, some think "Negative Nester", but I tell you ALL this can't be further from that kind of experience.
Great produce.
Great grocery items.
Good & friendly staff (for the most part)
Good prices.
Like they say:
"Shop Weis" (kinda like saying "shop wise")

Customer service

They really help me out I am disabled show the manager Pat ask Patti that works there to do my shopping and deliver my food and they're great was he older customers that need help not like giant giant they want you running out Weis Sue best place to shop for me and I have everything I need and everybody's very helpful and Tuesday's is senior day discount remember if you're there look for Pat the manager are Patti who works in hair products and beauty products
