Most of Karina's recipes are based on ingredients like sorghum, rice and other gluten-free substitutes like these. If you have problems with starches, this isn't the right site for you. Most of her recipes are also vegan and use egg-replacer for those who are intolerant to eggs. I have gotten some amazing recipes from her site, including pumpkin bread that was to die for, muffins that I love and more. And it helps that Karina's writing style of her posts are winsome and personal. She knows how to get you excited about her recipes!
