The company enjoys a long-standing reputation for its weight management programs, with some customers appreciating the app's functionality and ease of use. However, a significant number of reviews highlight persistent issues with customer service, particularly regarding billing practices and the difficulty of canceling memberships. Many customers express frustration over unexpected charges and a lack of transparency in subscription terms. Additionally, the frequent changes to the program structure are seen as detrimental, especially for those with specific dietary needs. Overall, while the brand has loyal followers, it faces considerable challenges in customer satisfaction and service reliability.

I will admit that I have had some issues with using the website, but I have found some helpful information on there. I've used their OnlinePlus and it has been pretty decent. I've gotten some motivation, but I am not sure how much that is actually helping me. It really does take conviction to be able to lose weight and I am getting a lot of that from local support as well. I guess it might be a bit of both.
I got professional advice on how to shed excess weight. It was almost effortless and interesting
I have tried their products one week, and no adverse reactions. Habits as usual, but obviously feel the weight loss, if it does not rebound, this should be a good way to lose weight.
With the help of some online sites like for example https://pharmacyreviews.md/forum/weight-loss-drugs I have lost a lot of weight. But, what I have noticed is that it is better to combine the information that you are getting from a lot of sites. This way you're going to lose weight lose weight much better.
I needed the structure of something like this. If you follow it, it will work for you. This made me have accountability and I got some friends on board so that helped too. Once you learn the point system and what to do, you will no longer need to pay for everything. You should be able to go on your own after that.
I join weight watcher they say there for support. So I went to order food online impossible, they have a issue with there website. So I call to order on hold for more than 2hrs within two days with no help. They suck you in and then leave you hanging
I purchased the WWs app and the charge was $19.99 per month! Okay - very expensive but I decided to give it a try. And it's a good app, just over priced. So I found a knock off for a one time cost of $4.00, but then had so much difficulty getting rid of the WW charge. Finally thought I had done it correctly, and still received the bill the following month. I recommend searching similar apps for your phone - great ones are out there that do exactly the same thing and do not chage $20.00/month!
My experience with them is good. But I was not financially able to continue. I was losing weight and was getting support. To bad they don't have a sliding scale.
I have used Weight Watchers on an off for the past few years with varying results. The main point of the plan is ha, points.
If you stick to your points and track all of the points that you take in you will lose weight. The meetings also help when you are on the plan. The only problem with it is that you eventually get point burned out.
If you stick with the plan for about a year and you work out diligently you can lose up to about 50lbs. Unfortunately, as soon as you stop tracking and don't work out as much you will gain probably half the weight back.
Weight Watchers is not a fad diet, its a life choice. If you are willing to update your life to WW's you have success but you have a strong chance of burning out on the plan after sometime.
Reduce 2 kilos after having diet and exercise with Zero bike.
I use WeightWatchers Online service. I love the app for my mobile phone, it's like having a consultant with you in the grocery store.
Though I don't have heaps of weight to lose, it doesn't mean that it's easy to get back into my clothes (a couple of sizes down!)
I have tried some of the fad diets too, yes they work temporarily but they don't teach you how to eat a normal diet - sensibly - to keep your weight off.
WeightWatchers makes no food off limits, it just teaches you how to make healthy choices, and how to balance a treat with exercise and other healthy choices in your day or week. So that's what I do now, thank you Weight Watchers!
Simple as that, it works. If you follow the program, which is easy to do, you will lose weight. Period. There is no short cut to losing weight, you have to put in the work. That means understanding what & how much you put in your body and your exercise output. I wish it was a little cheaper, otherwise 5 stars.
This program is usually used as the gold standard, but their goal is to get you to lose weight AND STILL EAT FOOD LIKES A 'NORMAL' PERSON. Great if you gained weight after pregnancy, but for a Food Addict, they show you how to eat sugar, drink, and celebrate in moderation. There own foods are loaded with salt and sugar.
Its like saying only do Crack on the weekends. Once an addict, moderation is not a choice. That is why they have very short lived success stories. They are still working off a self control model instead of a scientific addiction model. YOU WILL ALWAY FAIL IF YOU ARE A FOOD ADDICT- SUGAR, WHEAT, FLOUR, SALT and Alcohol is like shooting sugar directly into your veins. They maintain their customer base by teaching everything an addict should not be told. And then, you, feel so depressed and guilty gaining back the weight which is built into their system. Works great for people with some event driven weight gain, not professional eaters and dieters.
Waste of my time and money. There are cheaper/free weight loss apps out there - find one you like. Do not waste a monthly fee on this when there are so many free ones out there.
But I'm starting to see results and that's all that matters!
I've ordered from weightwatchers, and there sponsors before for my mom. With there knowledge and advice she lost nearly 100lbs. Only downside is adapting to the portions. Also, a little overpriced IMO
Last year My Mom started to exercise because she wants to lose more pounds and fats. And it really works for her, and i asked her what did you used to measure your results? She replied, i just follow the instruction of WW. I said, what's WW? She said, WeightWatchers. That time i search the WW and i saw many good feedbacks and reviews that WW is very helpful.
