Ordered pants and a shirt. Much to my surprise order arrived just a few days later. I would order the next size up from your usual though but everything i ordered arrived quickly and was complete. Looks very nice
The shirts are great quality. However, I ordered short sleeves (or at least I thought I was) and received long sleeves instead. I am paying someone to turn them into short sleeves, it is too close to my wedding to chance another order mix up.
I ordered 3 items for my wedding coming up in October. I wasn't sure if which size to get but if you go by the chart they have for you to look at and size yourself according to the instructions on it you should get a perfect fit like I did. Also got all of my stuff really fast and everything is as described. I have no complaints with anything I bought.

I had trouble trying to get my inseam measurement placed on my Linen pant order. Kevin Baldwin from your staff called me very quickly and explained how you get tailoring done on the website. He was very helpful and I am a now happy customer. I have talked to several family wedding members who have also ordered Linen shirts and Linen pants from Weeding Tropics and all are pleased with the quality and pricing for your clothing. Tried to put inseam size 29 in but unable to do so. Did not want all the other measurements.

Bought a shirt but it was too small for my fiancee. I reached out and within a day they had sent me a return label. I bought the next size up and it was delivered within a week. Am impressed with the quality, the quick follow up on a return and the fact that I received the second shirt within a short amount of time. Will buy many more things from them. This is a quality store!
We made an error on the color, so I'm working through the return policy to change it to the correct color. This was an error on my part. So far, I've got a customer service rep who is helping me through the process. Everything appears to be on track & it's been a good overall experience.

Had a rush and had to get custom made within 2 weeks. Ordered backup from another company. You guys rocked it and the quality blew the other company away.! If allowed to say it was Island Importer ;)-
The service was wonderful. There were a few unclear measurements in my custom order and they reached out immediately to clear everything up. The communication between phone and e-mail was above and beyond. Great company to order from.

Although I actually provided an incorrect phone number, customer service sought me out. The person who was the finally corrected everytihng was ***. Everything worked out fine! Thank you ***!
My son is having a beach wedding so I need you to get an outfit to wear. I looked at multiple sites online but found Wedding Tropics to have the best selection and price. My shirt and shorts arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the clothes is outstanding.
The style and quality of the shirt was perfect but if I had to make a suggestion it would be to update the customer on the progress as the waiting period is quite long. Having said that I was told 6 weeks and that's what it was. Totally worth waiting for.
I was a little scared then I received an email after placing my order that my item was out of stock. But I emailed customer service and they promptly reply to me and the promise that my shirt will be on time for the wedding. And I got it before I thought and more that on time. Even after this incident I'm satisfied with the product and the customer service so I can recommend this website for future purchases. Thank you
We ordered a standard size suit for my fiancé for our beach wedding. The cut and fit was terrible. Perhaps if you get a custom made suit it is better, but even the quality of the fabric was nothing special. I figured that I could always return it and just pay the cost of shipping, surely that wouldn't be too much. Wrong. They split my order into separate shipments which means I had to re-pay that shipping as two and then because they split the order they said I had to send it back that way or I wouldn't get credited for the merchandise. I ended up paying $60 in shipping charges. And the return I got was over a month after they received the returned suit and I had to email them several times to get refunded. I wouldn't suggest purchasing from them.
They were great. Shipping was free. Colors looked great and the fabric was comfortable.
I accidentally ordered the wrong color and one of the sizes was not what was expected. Definitely order early and try it on right away. I put it off while my future wife was on me to try things on. I opened the box two weeks before we left only to find I ordered the wrong color and size for her son and the wrong size for myself in one item. I heard about it for the week it took for the replacement to arrive. Wedding Tropics was a text away. They helped me by text as I ordered the replacements and I had my items in a week. There is a phone number on the website to text, use it. I called but didn't get a response. I sent a text and received responses right away, every time, even in late evening when I realized my mistakes. I did not have a huge order and was not the biggest customer, but they took care of me as if I was.

We don't offer this product in short sleeves so there was not a mix-up, you ordered long sleeves, which is what is also in the picture that you ordered from.
