I am utterly disappointed with my experience with this business.

I ordered a beautiful ring from this company. They took my money very fast and it was a very easy process. I got an email right away saying that they would let me know when the item was shipped. I expect it a few days of waiting. I had a few questions so I sent them an email and I got nothing back. Four or five days passed and I started getting a little bit worried so I sent them another email. In total I ended up sending over six emails trying to get an answer because by this point several weeks of gone by.

I was very lucky that I ordered through PayPal so I was able to begin a claim. PayPal put the claim in and they never even responded to PayPal.

They basically took over $100 from me I never even bothered to answer emails and never even bothered to ship after almost a month and a half wait

Stay far far far away from this site. They will take your money and not bother to send you anything.

This was the worst online shopping experience ever. I bought a wedding band from them and when it didn't fit, I couldn't get in touch with anyone to talk about a return or exchange. It's been 4 months and I've never gotten my money back. DON'T TRUST THIS WEBSITE. There's no phone number, all the returns are handled on the site but no one gets back to the customer. It's been a horrible horrible and very upsetting experience. I'm frustrated and angry.
