This product requires additional monthly fees. It does not support Facebook in some web browsers. It will keep your data for only 7 days unless you sign up for a monthly fee. You will need to pay for additional screenshot once you use the minimal amount assigned with your purchase. When you call tech support 5 days after purchasing the product (because you've tried to troubleshoot yourself) they will tell you refunds are only available for 3 days after purchase. This is hardly long enough to find out if the product works!
Not a risk free product. They say try for free, your charged day one. When you try to cancel in the 7 day risk free trial. They say no, and no refund will be provided. There are other programs that provide better customer service.
After subscribing for my teenage son, I thought I was signing up for 3 months and done, no, they kept charging my credit card. When I did a dispute, they refused to refund my money. Terrible customer service.
Suggest you have all your questions answered before you pay. They won't offer free trial and won't refund. I'm trapped.
Their website doesn't provide sufficient info about the app. I wasn't able to reach them for my questions before I was misled by their web info and purchased the app. After initial installation, I found out it was not what I expected. When I asked for refund, they won't process my request.
Again, Be very sure if the app is exactly what you want before you pay.
I ordered because it was risk free. I read them at u had to ask for refund with in 72hours of purchase via cancel form they provide for the risk free to kick in. Giving myself a small window. In my case I filled out the form with in 1 hour of purchase because the app was not hidden on the phone I was watching. I waited a week no once called like the form said. I had a live chat with their employee who was great but unable to help. She told me I had to calls in a 3 days I explained I did she then looked further said it was denied by the team that does that. The reasoning I didn't give their tech team time on the phone to prove it. Itlf I cancel within the time frame no matter the reason is what risk free is. I put in a work ticked to get a call back and refund
Never got a call. Do not buy this product. They take your money and that's that
Their program didn't work. Their own tech couldn't fix it after more than an hour of trying and they refuse to give me a refund. So I have a non working program that I got stuck paying for. I asked to speak to someone about the customer service rep I got and they also refuse to do that. No support, they lie, they screw people, and somehow they think that's normal.
This is a cumbersome, expensive answer to seeing what is going on on various computers. While the actual service itself is of value, the fact that everything is an "add-on" is a bit off-putting. BUT, the most annoying thing is that even after you decide to shell out the money for upgraded service, every single, bleeping time you log in to the account the first page (and sometimes a second) is a full page of advertisement for some other add-on.
Hey Webwatcher - be thankful for the services you have already sold me and quit making me scroll through you damned advertisement for something I don't need just to get to the service I have already paid for.
I will not be renewing my subscription when it expires.
This so called download does not do what is says it will do. I cancelled within the first 24 hours of download and the company refused to refund my money. Their "free trial" is a gimmick to take your money. The program did not do what it claimed it would and when I asked for a refund of my $39.95 payment for 3 months the company said they would only refund my money if the program did not work. It did not work, they will not refund my money and I paid $39.95 for 3 months for something I am not using, nor will use. A RIP OFF! DO NOT PURCHASE!
Webwatcher advertises that you can try it risk-free as follows;

After I made a purchase, after 10 minutes, I did not like the service. I submitted to unsubscribe. They still charged me $42.35 for the first month, despite I canceled it within 7-10 minutes of making the payment.
Webwatcher.com is a fraud website and scammers who unlawfully charge people and take advantage of their credit cards. I had to cancel my credit card and request a new one so that scammers like Webwatcher.com will not charge me again. Everyone should stay away from using Webwatcher services.
There's nothing more important than your ability to decide to refund an order if it doesn't work and you aren't happy. Webwatcher refuses to provide any refund and they will give you an excuse that you only had 72 hours to get a refund! But they insist that you hire a 'tech' to inspect your computer to make it work, which is a complete scam.
Look, they use a third party company to backup your phone called iMazing, which will eat up your entire hard drive space. The Webwatcher software looks like it was made in 2001 and it DOES NOT WORK. You can not look at messages or message history for your kids' phones. I was even on the phone with Apple and they acknowledged this is not possible.

Beware if the company. I signed up for a 3 month subscription and they charged my credit card for the 3 month subscription and a separate charger for a 1 year subscription under 2 different names. Webwatcher and Awareneas technologies. They are the same company but running a scam.
I did the three months subscription and I paid $59.95 dollars and there app wouldn't download. I tryed half a day to get this set up. Couldn't get anyone on the phone to talk about it. Just chat rooms. Well I requested for my money back and got denied. So I cancel the subscription and it ended the day I canceled it. Even though I paid for 3 months worth. Horrible customer service taking food out of my family's mouth. They should have refunded my money. I requested my refund that day I could not install their s***** app the guy was really snooty to me on the chat he chatted back you didn't read the print before you sent the money.so here is my 59.95 dollar review of you people you should have just gave me my money back.
Product doesn't work right and is too intrusive! I cancelled in less than 24 hours and they still won't return money! Do not believe risk free! It's a huge lie and scam!
Initial setup went well. Though took over an hour. Once complete, all messages, photos, etc were synced to account. After that, however, syncing stopped. I have wifi on laptop and iphone connected to same ID and nothing changed... except program stopped syncing. I went to live chat (as they instructed) to have them connect remotely and no one entered the chat. They claim to have "24/7 support" but that's either a lie or they're purposely ignoring me, not willing to fix issue. They left me stuck with software that doesn't work. I will be filing a chargeback with Mastercard directly as I have all screenshots of our communication and the interface not syncing. I'll get my money back within 5-7 days for sure. Mastercard has always gone above and beyond for me.
Webwatcher.com has horrible support. If they don't refund me on August 31st, Mastercard will.
Webwatcher absolutely did not function the way it was supposed to. Despite a "risk-free trial" I contacted customer support numerous times and they always refused to refund my money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Webwatcher is a scam. They will take your money and ignore you if you ever try to get your money back or if you try to login to your account. I purchased the software, tried to download on the targeted phone, and I found out my phone it is not compatible, within 2 hrs of purchase, I contact them and I was advised to asked for a refund (July 2,2022), once I asked to get a refund, my account was flagged as fraud and the refund was denied. I've contact them every week since July 2, and I get the same answer "email the supervisor and you will get an answer in 72hrs" I'm tired of this people telling me lies and the supervisor not contacting me at all. I wish I can report these scammers to BBB, but they are not BBB accredited. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS.

I do not like to be scammed and thought that I was savvy enough but this company is the worst. PLEASE do not buy there product as once you enter your credit card information you are screwed. The software DOES NOT WORK and you will waste your time trying to get a resolution with the company. I have contacted them 4 times only to receive the same canned computer generated response telling me that I am doing something wrong. Sorry but I am not going to get ripped off by these scammers. I have filed a BBB complaint only to find that many others have been ripped off too. PLEASE keep away.
Webwatcher could not install the software bc it was going to take 2 hours to install. They are now refusing to give me a refund. Total scam
Wish I can give 0 star.totally scam... don't buy. Thay won't refund back if you are unhappy and completely waste of money
I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased. Bought and installed the product. It worked for 1 day. Then it stopped working. I contacted Customer Support and they re-issued my license and had me uninstall and re-install. I did that and it didn't work. I did that twice and it didn't work. When I purchased they offered a 7 day trial. At 6 days (after it only working for 1 single day) I reached out to customer support (again) and filed a case for a refund. I actually ended up filling 2 cases. They told me they would issue me a refund. A week later when I did not see any refund on my credit card I contacted them and they said that I was not elligible for a refund. WHAT?!?! I asked them to check the emails, the two different case numbers, the chat transcripts that I had with Tech Support and the email I had with the Refund Department. Nope. They still wouldn't refund me. I asked them if it was worth it for a measly $39.95. Apparently this is how this company does business. What an absolute joke! Even if they had a product that worked, buyer beware and pay attention to these reviews. I wouldn't want to do business with any company that has these policies in place. Staking your company name over lying about a policy all for $39.95?!?! This will eventually catch up to you WebWatcher! Do right by your customers or you won't be around much longer. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
