If your computer screen "freezes" with a message that your computer has been infected with a virsus and call this phone number - BEWARE - do not do anything they suggest. This company scammed my husband into buying a "protection plan" for $500. We were fortunate that our credit card company reversed the charge. To unfreeze your computer simply hold down the "Control", "Alt", and "Delete" keys simultaneously until another screen appears. Click on "Task Manager". When Task Manager screen appears hi-lite "Security..." (you will see a program "running"). Hit "Delete" button on keyboard. The Security freeze will disappear and your computer will be ready to use again. If you have a good security program similar to McAfee it usually prevents computer screen freezes.
Very Polite people they helped me in setting up the printers I was frustrated as I had to set up 8 printers in my office I called them and they spent 4 hours with me on the and fixed my problem. I spoke with Damon he was a very polite person and I was pretty much amazed to see his patience god bless him.

They will freeze your computer and then ask you for money to take off that screen. Don't even try to pay them. Just restart the computer
