Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Could use better communication on support but they do get back to you. If you can work with that this is a great savings for website.

We transitioned our site to WebsiteBox in 2014. We found it a simple process and customer support was very good. We opted to customize many sections, but you can make your site as simple as you want. Since then it has been easy to operate and maintain. For the price it is excellent value. We rarely need to be in touch with customer service, but when we do, they are responsive and helpful.

David T walked me through the onboarding seminar and did a great job of introducing the tools to help me customize my website. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly make changes that I wanted on my first attempt to build the site. Also David introduced me to available apps to make my marketing campaign easy to run. Thanks for your help. I'm looking forward to publish my first real estate website.
