I thought setting up my own website was daunting and something I would not be able to do. After struggling with the decision - I decided to give WebsiteBox a try. They offer lots of support options. Site not up and live yet but so far very responsive and helpful. Seems to be very comprehensive product especially considering no monthly fee.

I am not very good at navigating sites on computers but this seems like something I can definitely handle! Very informative first call to help me get used to the system and where to find things. I switched my website over to website box about 2 years ago. By far the best value for any Realtor. Great templates, low cost, and includes IDX software with my MLS. Their customer support is top notch as well. I'm always able to reach someone via phone or their live chat feature. Super easy to setup and basically maintenance free once you are setup.

I have been dealing with David Tsang, he was very helpful showing me the various menus. He took time for me to follow him on the tutorial, I appreciate the help he provided.

Dan Quesnelle is an asset to WebsiteBox. He walked me through the new Legacy Platform today and I was able to resolve my issues. Dan should be in charge of handling training. He gets the job done on the first call. He also understood my questions without having to keep repeating them. Thanks for all your help Dan.

These important features should be included as a default feature with purchase. Other than that, the service is good. I had a good experience setting up my page and was practically hand-held through the process!

For the price, this is an amazing place to park your website and be able to make it custom looking like you paid people a bunch of money to get it going! Great training materials to guide you through!
I do have an issue that their chat function takes sometimes 24 hours for anyone to answer.
