Easy to order, however, coupon sent to my email was not able to be used with the type of contacts I ordered, so I called the CS line and was able to get right through. When I got through, they advised me that the coupon was not valid with that brand and instead they offered free second day shipping, which worked out great for me because I was almost out of contacts. Contacts came super fast and are exactly what I ordered for a fraction of the price!
Next day shipping for my order did not happen- Took 4 days to ship. Per the tracking info from UPS the order originated in Miami, Fl (I live in Jacksonville, Fl) It was then shipped and delivered (5 days after the ship date) to an address in Penn. I contacted UPS for confirmation of delivery which confirmed delivery to address in Penn. Supplied by Web Eye Care. Contacted Web Eye Care and they recognized their error.and would not offer next day delivery. I was told to expect delivery in 3-4 more days. Which means expected delivery 11 to 12 days after order was placed.
My order was processed quickly. The product I received was of quality and was inexpensive. I will always consider purchasing future orders from this company and will recommend to my family and friends.

Once the website verifies your prescription after you upload it, you can choose to keep it on file in your account and the ordering process is a breeze. My contacts always arrive in less than a week.
It has been 22 days since I ordered contacts and an eye exam. I finally received my eye exam and have asked for a refund twice and keep getting the run around. Their customer service reps don't reply to emails in a timely manner and never respond once I ask for a refund. I paid for Contacts to be delivered and never got them! I should get a refund. I had to order from 1-800 Contacts and their customer service is impeccable. My order has already been shipped and will be here tomorrow. Don't use this company, they don't honor your purchase and their customer service is subpar at best.
I was so surprised to see how much I was able to save. I was able to purchase six months of contacts for my son for much less than I usually pay elsewhere. I am completely satisfied and will order from this company again.

I ordered my contact lenses and within a day, I got an email saying the contacts were on backorder, which is ok because I have bad eye site and my lenses never are in stock. At other places, my lenses would take up to 4 to 5 weeks to even be in stock. With WebEyeCare, they were in stock and shipped within 2 weeks!
Great deal on acuvue lenses for astigmatism! The only issue is that I had trouble saving my order - and when I left and came back (several times) the order had to be entered multiple times. Otherwise, site was straightforward/easy to use.
I always find WebEyeCare to have the best price for contact lenses. Although it takes them a while to ship and receive the order, it is worth it for the price. I am very happy with the lenses and will continue to order from them.

I get a once a year insurance purchase of 200.00 for lenses. Last year I got 2 boxes for my 200.00 at my eye dr. This year I got 4 boxes for the same quality same brand lenses. My Dr said she cant buy their stock for that price! I will be back!
I ordered my contacts and I didn't have my prescription with me. After I attained my prescription I just emailed it to them and they had everything processed with a couple of days. I actually received them before my scheduled delivery date!

It was easy & the cheapest by far. But not lacking in service. When they called my eye care provider to verify my presciption they found a discrepancy. Believe it or not my eye care provider had issued us the wrong contacts. Now thanks to Webeyecare we have the correct prescription.
I tried to order from them. First I have to re-enter everything I wrote on their form about me and the contacts I need just because I made the mistake of using a non alphanumeric character in my password. (They didn't say not to and of course using non alphanumeric characters is the way to make your password more secure.)
So I reenter everything and they give me a total due -- Yes, there is no shipping fee but there is a $13 "processing fee."

WebEyeCare made ordering my contact lenses a breeze. Their website was easy to navigate. They had a great price. I uploaded my Rx with no trouble. They confirmed it with my eye care professional for me and mailed out the lenses. It was easy as pie!

If you use Google Shopping, the link directs you to $18.74/box of Acuvue Oasys (6 lenses), but check out will tack on $29.98 processing fee during checkout. Start over and go directly to the webeyecare.com, order the same Acuvue Oasys, and now the cost is $22.95/box of Acuvue Oasys (6 lenses) with a $18.36 processing fee. So, which price is it? Two different costs before even calculating the shipping costs.
I received exactly what I ordered, at a great price. My only wish is if the shipping didn't take as long as it did. I know I ordered the free shipping, but it seemed like it took a very long time from the time I ordered, until I received them.
I placed my order and faxed my prescription and when I received my order, one of the boxes was the wrong prescription. I called the next day and the person I spoke with was rude and was trying to say I ordered it wrong and I told her I faxed the prescription and it had the correct info on it. She asked if I had opened the one that was wrong and I told her no. She finally said she would replace it and I asked if I needed to return it and she said I would get everything in an email of what to do. It has been a couple of weeks and I haven't received anything telling me what to do and haven't received the replacement. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. I need my contacts that I paid for!
I received contacts for my daughter in a timely manner and great pricing. In an order I had to cancel the service was prompt and since I was getting promotional pricing I was told I could still get the promotional price when I was able to complete my order. Web Eye Care obviously cares about their customers and providing good service.

Answer: That my friend, is the million dollar question! For myself, and numerous others I've read on multiple different website reviews, it's going on 6+ weeks with a different $#*! A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
