The list of all lenses are clearly listed. I picked the lens i wanted. In this instance i had a new prescription which i faxed to webeyecare.com and i received a confirmation of the order in one day. It was perfect. I am very very pleased
I purchased contacts for a second time on 8/15/13 from this service and there will not be a third! First of all, returning customers pay MORE than if I just Google 'contacts' and buy from the site's 'special offer' link! That was disappointing but I ordered through the link and saved a few dollars. Then I got my contacts after a week only to have some issues with the contacts for my right eye. I went through half of the box to make sure it wasn't just one contact. I still had an existing contact for my left eye. I spent two days trying to view tv, drive and work from my desk only to conclude that the distance vision in the right contacts was not adequate. It is not my prescription as that is current. I started a chat to see if they would do an exchange since the box appeared to be incorrectly marked. The online chat rep said that I needed at least 4 contacts in the box before they would do an exchange! BS! DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!
Nothing but positive satisfactory experience! I placed the order over the internet on Sat Mar 23, and received the lenses on Sat Mar 30. I received email updates on the progress of the order and notice of shipment. My prescription is just enough out-of-the-ordinary that the lenses had to be obtained directly from the manufacturer. Even so I had them in a week.
The first time I used WebEyeCare I ordered the wrong contacts. They reached out and told me the situation and corrected it for me -- no hassles. The "fix" cut my bill in half. I greatly appreciated the attention to my order. The next time I ordered it took all of 2 minutes.
Webeyecare.com appeared on my google search and it was very easy to order. The price was the best I found. The order came quickly and was exactly what I needed. I will definitely visit them next year for my yearly purchase.
The best prices around that I have seen the special contacts that I needed. The only minor complaint was that I got the regular pricing when trying to search it manually through the site but when searched with Google, it will take me to the same item but with the sales pricing. So maybe menu navigation could be better.
Anyway, fast service and good prices overall.
This was my first Time using Webeye Care to purchase contacts and it was awesome! Not only did they have my contacts for much cheaper then anyone else, but ordering was simple and I had my contacts within a week. I will definitely being ordering from Webeyecare.com again!
I recently made a purchase with Web Eye Care. I was extremely happy with their service and pricing. I made a mistake on my order and called support. I was put through to a representative very quickly and they fixed my mistake with no trouble. I received my contacts on time and in perfect condition. They were the exact contacts I ordered. I will definitely use their services again.
Finally cancelled my order after waiting 2 weeks. Their customer service didn't answer repeated calls during those two weeks, their voicemail said they were closed due to bad weather but I checked and the weather was fine in PA. Finally got through to a customer service guy who claimed they sent me an email to confirm and I didn't respond. A) If I already paid and uploaded my prescription, if you already gave me an order number, why did you need me to call to confirm? B) *Never* got email C) Customer "care" sucks. Unless you want to wait around for weeks without receiving anything and unable to get in touch with these clouds, I suggest buying elsewhere.
I received the product on time. The product is less expensive than my eye doctors office. Would be better if processing fee was cheaper or if 2nd order would not have it. I haven't ordered a second time, so i'm not sure if they still charge a processing fee then. Overall, good experience.
Since first time order experience, I felt that was really convenience and great service. This was my second time order. But it was a little uncomfortable. Due to you email me confirmation information showed me UPS.com. I checked everyday, it always showed "NOT AVAILABLE". Till I contacted with costumer service department. They told me, my order mailed by USPS. Okay, fine, I went to check and I had received my order at the same day. I did care no one apologized to me. I felt uncomfortable.

First time ordering my contacts online, usually I get them from my doctor so I didn't really know what I was doing. The online processes seemed easy enough but just to be sure I called WebEyeCare and they offered to place the order for me over the phone, but I wanted to understand how to do it online so that I would know what to do in the future. They were very patient and stayed on the phone with me the entire time and were very helpful. I really appreciate that kind of service.

Customer service contacted me about a potential error in my order for glasses. They didn't just ship the eroneous order! Now I have the correct glasses and they are perfect. I already order my contacts from them and am satisfied with the quality and the price. I will definitely order more glasses and contacts from them.
This site had the best price on my multifocal contacts and shipping was quick. Also, the expiration date on the contacts is several years away. Same contacts as sold by the optometrist but half the price.

A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
