The Weather Tech floor Mats fit perfectly, and are made of strong material. They arrived quickly and in good condition.
I bought 4 license plate holders (sold individually) for 24.95. Bought two other items. (Cup holder and window shade). They ship everything individually. All bought at once, all going to the same place. They charged 10.00 per item per shipping. (Made at same location) When I asked the rep, "can't they go in one box? Even if it's 20.00?" She said no. This is how we do it, deal with it.

Broke down and paid for weather tech. Crap edges rolls up and have to buy a special cleaner to make them look decent. They are a rip off! You pressure wash them they look terrible. Nothing will make them shine (I have tons of shine products) I not paying them MORE money for their product. Embarrassing to brag about them being made in USA. Yes my floors are dirty you clean them up the mats still look the same.

These mats are garbage, especially for the how much they cost. These stupid things came bent day one and just kept getting worse, I was told that they would take shape after a few days as they came folded in shipping. Nope they just kept getting worse and when I tried to use the warranty for them, I was told that they have been stepped on and that they wont be covered under warranty. Such a garbage product from a garbage company!

It's probably the third time I've ordered mats, mud guards, hood deflectors, and bumper steps.
Today, I received an XL bumper step, opened the box, and found no wrench for the security bolt.
I called customer service and was told it was an extra $12.00 for the wrench (key) and probably shipping.
I considered returning, but I have to pay the return shipping cost. So, from now on, I'll never purchase from Weathertech again.
Probably check out Husky, maybe they'll and color to their mats etc.
It's complete junk. It WILL fit any cup holder, but the design makes it useless. The different size cups cannot be tighten together. Because of that, they just turn with the vibration of the vechicle. So when you look down at your phone, to say, check the GPS, it will be facing away from you.
Pointless as "hands free" assistance when you have to keep putting your hands on it to spIn it back around so you can see the screen.
DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY!
I cannot believe it but this huge reknowned company doesn't have an exchange policy. I just wanted to switch floor mat colors. I was made to do a return. I did. But I NEVER RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF CONFIRMATION that my return, thru FedEx, was in the pipeline or received. According to FedEx it was received at Weathertech 9 days ago but they still haven't even acknowledged receipt of it. And of course NO REFUND. $250 damn dollars. I've called and the guy was flip about it. Told me to be patient it could take a few weeks. NEVER AGAIN. These guys suck. No wonder they only get two stars
Tip for consumers:
Disgusting return system and flip response when I called. Still no record they received my return after 9 days

While their products are adequate for the job, if you intend to return a product for some reason and expect a refund, don't hold your breath. I've been waiting for nearly 2 months for a refund on a return that I filed online. Every two weeks, I would email their Customer Service/Sales to inquire about the refund. I would get vanilla & useless responses: "I am sorry for the wait" and "is there anything else I can do?" YES! Give me back my money! To those who intend to buy from this company, be VERY careful about your selection. Because if you buy the wrong product and want to return for a refund, you will need to wait for a very long time, just like me.

Spent $200+ for seal cover for Cadillac ST5 - it might as well have been made in China selling for $20. Seen the TV ads? This one doesn't fit anything like what you saw on TV. Elastic bands at the top to hold it up are cheesy, the sides leave ~6" of seat exposed on each side. The only good thing I have to say about this overpriced POS is that its heavy duty material. This will be my last WT product purchase.
Tip for consumers:
To their credit, WT offered full refund. They didn't get the point - I called and then emailed expressing displeasure at a lack of custom fit for this VERY expensive product, they never did acknowledge a responsibility to make that clear at time of order, and they didn't seem to be motivated to make the same custom fit that they advertise for their floor liners. BEWARE!

Purchased mats for Jeep Wrangler through dealership. Edges of mats rolled inward. Called WeatherTech warranty, unable to verify my order because of dealership purchase and I did not exist in WeatherTech system. Best advice given to me was to lay the mats face down in the sun, place a weight on top and hopefully the rolling with correct itself…. Tried that… did not work…threw mats in dumpster! Must of been a bad run? My WeatherTech mats in Tahoe and car are perfect. Dissatisfied with warranty support and dodging a replacement strategy.

Two different auto repair shops recommended WeatherTech floor mats for my 2003 Toyota when my factory installed floor mat slipped on the driver's side almost causing me to crash into a stopped car. I found the WeatherTech easy to navigate, purchased the front seat floor mats, and got them in excellent condition in a timely manner. The website provided a clear video on how to install them. Using that and the photo instructions that came with the mats, I was able to install them pretty easily. I had a little trouble putting the first hook in by hand, but was able to do so following the photo instruction. I've driven the car around with them for a while. The great fit allows them to be secure. Very happy.

I had written a bad review on Weathertech. They contacted me and have credited my account for the shipping charges. I retract my review of them not returning my shipping charges.
I Bought a set of mats for a 2024 Crosstrek, the passenger side does have the locks for the mats so the mats slide back and forth. Called Weathertech and they said I could return them, after talking, they have Velcro strips to hold them in place, so they already know about the issue but won't do anything until you call and complain. Same with returning no problem, but they're hiding behind their desk until you find them. I can't believe the poor ratings they get i would of never bought them if I'd knew they're that bad.
I hope Husky mats are better
These weather Tech mats are the worst product ever. They do not fit my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 properly, they have been curled since the day they arrive and I have done everything to straighten them out.
About 4 months ago the cabin of my truck developed a very bad stink that no one could identify. It was a cross between a mold, mildew, rotten leaf odor. I did everything possible spending over $300 on products to eliminate the smell. It wasn't until I bought auto mold foggers for my truck that I discovered it was these Weather Tech mats, and only because I left them out overnight, put them in my garage and the next morning my garage had the same smell. It took four months but my truck doesn't smell bad any longer. I hope this helps some one else.

The weather tech sink mat (grey) turned my brand new luxury vinyl floor yellow - ruined the floor. Also impossible to keep clean. Had to wipe down 2x day. So not worth it - especially if you like your floor!
Due to the recipients being out of town when the Weathertech Items could be delivered, I was choosing instead to purchase them gift cards. I was told that they had to UPS the cards at the expense of 8.00 per address...It looks like I'll have to order the Chinese Mats on Amazon for half the cost with free shipping. 16.00 for mailing two gift cards? Ridiculous...former Weathertech customer

I have bought their products for years. Today I was at the car wash and the front hood protector for some unknown reason just broke off. I called Marissa and she promptly replaced it no questions asked after I sent in a photo of the broken part. I feel customer service is more important than the sale.

Bought WeatherTech mats for my entire jeep Cherokee L, these things are garbage they can't take hot water for washing. They roll up. They are flimsy thin and once they get dirty, you could never get them clean again.
I purchased WeatherTech floor mats some years ago, and they were well built and very durable. In short, an excellent product. When I purchased a new 2023 Explorer, I decided to purchase their $138.00 liner for the cargo area. What a sad joke it is! My nephew purchased another brand at one-fifth the cost for his Explorer and not only was it a better fit, but it was much thicker, so it does not curl up like the thin WeatherTech does.
The only bright side is that given that it was likely made in some backwater jungle, they cannot have the "Made in America" label on it! WeatherTech does not post real customer reviews, (they would all be negative,) so I hope this one makes it out, so others do not make the same mistake I did.
Tip for consumers:
How sad is it when a solid company decides to rip customers off using their legacy reputation? I’m guessing that a short-term thinking executive needed a 5th mansion on a lake somewhere, or a 3rd plane, so they decided to sell junk for a premium price. It was a big laugh at their clubhouse, I’m sure!

Got the floor mat set for my BMW X3 and the T anchors for the hooks to hold the mats in place do not fit. They appear to be exactly as long as the anchors that came with the car but when you press them in you cannot turn them to on the hook forward to then hook into the mats. I tried using a hammer, I tried standing on them to push them in as far as possible and they still didn't catch. I called customer service to provide feedback that they should extend the 'T' part of hook even 1mm to make them usable. For this amount of $ the product should work. I guess I'll just have to deal with them sliding around.
I have a 2017 Ram 1500 owed it since new I put the window shades on it a few days after getting the truck. I recently noticed one of them was missing so I contacted customer service and they responded within minutes I was wondering if I would be able to buy just one instead they warranted it and sent it to me for free including shipping. Now it's been a long time since I have dealt with a company that really stands behind their products. Remember there are other you can buy but you get what you pay for. Thx Wearhertech pleasure doing business with you. Darrell

The mats I purchased fit reasonably well but they were mor flimsy than I thought they should be given the price. My biggest complaint is that they are very hard to clean because of the texture of the mat. They seem to want to hang on to dirt and after only a couple of months appear stained. I would assume that a power washer might do a better job but that is very difficult to do in the winter when they need more frequent cleaning. Probably wouldn't buy them again.
I order full set of mats for my wife's cadillac srx and the rear and passenger side fit fine but the drivers side was off so far they would not fit the holes by a 1 inch whoch made it impossible to use.when i contacted customer service i was talked down to and was told not to keep bothering them
Buyer beware. I even sent photos and measurements to no avail
I ordered weathertech mat for my whole van and paid what I thought to be high shipping cost for the delivery to be lost and weathertech reps are as rude as they come don't give a good GD about you or your product just once they get your money it's a wrap they stand on made in America but seems like you dealing with a foreign country I will take my chances and order from the other retailers on the internet might not be weathertech but at least you will have your product
