I have a 2017 Ram 1500 owed it since new I put the window shades on it a few days after getting the truck. I recently noticed one of them was missing so I contacted customer service and they responded within minutes I was wondering if I would be able to buy just one instead they warranted it and sent it to me for free including shipping. Now it's been a long time since I have dealt with a company that really stands behind their products. Remember there are other you can buy but you get what you pay for.
