Really nice website, great customer service and interesting products. I've had a superb experience buying their eco storage cubes and thought I'd let cyberspace know.
I ordered one item from Way Basics. One. And it was not what I ordered. I didn't order thirty items, or twenty, and they shipped one incorrectly. I ordered one item. And the titanic, ruthless monopoly I ordered it from doesn't allow negative reviews, nor do they pick up damaged or incorrect items. So if this review prevents even one person from wasting their money on this one star company, I guess that's about all I can hope for.

When I first got waybasic bookshelf for Christmas, I was so excited. When I opened the package, I found one of my shelves damaged. They quickly appologised and re-sent me one.
After, I recieved it, I started to make my bookshelf! It was a tribeca bookshelf, so it was perfect to store good majority of my books.
When I built it, it was going well, but when I put on the last shelf, it collapsed.
I asked my brother for help, we worked on it for good 30-45 min, while being re-collapsed over and over again, it finally stood still!
So I wanted 3 days to put on my books, and when I put a light book on the second shelf it collapsed.
It is great that it is eco friendly and I love that, but it is not strong material if it keeps on collapsing when I put books on the shelves!
