They never asked me about insurance...whynt?
Signature required...
No one I know signed for the watch...
Got the watch from a third party who found package...
Lucky to even got it.
Customer service was rude.
I Paid for next day shipping and signature.
Never was delivered as ordered.
Box was opened. I returned merchandise, pay to return open box merchandise, and customer service is rude! Then To add icing to top of all of this I get charged 50$ on top of all of this! This little shopping spree cost me total of 70$.
Want to improve? Watch only cost 345!
I spent 20% in fees and shipping and restocking fees!
Bad experience, no professionalism, no customer service.
But you saved on all shipping fees, and insurance fees
And made 10% plus for processing and annoying me.
Also the taxes that I was charged were never returned.

I was very happy with my purchase, 25% discount off the prices i found in stores. I didn't quite understand the type of store this was and when i got the watch the warranty card from Tag Heuer wasn't there, however a 2 year warranty from Watchmaxx was there. When i called to find out why it wasn't there, the gentleman explained to me that they are a watch reseller and that anytime a piece doesn't come from Tag Heuer directly to the customer, the original warranty card is not included. Very happy with the watch and the price and service
