This company took my money and didnt return it after the purchase didnt go through. Also I had to spend 7-8 hours with their worthless customer support, who couldnt even recognize the previous chat history, transactions.

Stay away from this company

I live in the US. A few items on here peaked my interest, so I messaged about 5 or 6 sellers to see if they ship to the US. A day later my account was banned. And I couldn't re-register. No explanation was given. I'm assuming it's because they want it to be exclusive to Spain.

No joke. Apparently whoever runs the website forgot the point of it is to allow buyers to buy things! Unbelievable. Don't waste your time.

After purchasing an item on Wallapop, I paid extra to have it sent with the insurance of Wallapop. The item was supposed to have been new, but when it arrived, it was definately used in the past. I opened a case with Wallapop to return the item within the 48 hours and they dismissed it, even though I went them proof that the item had been used previously.
There is no means to complain to Wallapop if they stop your claim, so please dont use this service!

Awful customer service. They did not send the courier to pick up the package I was sending back due to being a defective product. I emailed them, wrote on instagram and called but they still have not answered back. They stole my money and are still ignoring me. I do not recommend this app to noone, there are many better online 2nd hand shops that have good customer service, and they will not scam you like Wallapop does. Worst online buying experience I have ever had.

Wallapop encourages scamming. Their resolution Center is just a joke, it does not really exist. I caught a scam and reports it and the seller even admitted to lying about the model of the item, which was a very big difference. Despite this wallapop allowed them to have the money. As clear a scam as it can get. Wallapop support scammers, which in turn makes them scammers. It is good for under 20 euros buys, but a big chance of losing your money. Only if you can pick up is any use, but shipping and wallapop guarantee to protect your money is just a lie, a scam in itself. Awful company and Google
And Apple should protect their customers from this type of scam promoting company.

I only ever managed to sell one item on the phone app before it was taken down last year. Every person i got either falsified wanting the item, never got back to me or they kpt demanding me to lower the price. On the subject of someone demanding lowering the price i kept telling no but he insisted because he didn't get paid till the following week to which i told him to pay me next week then. He got all upset about it and threatened to report me for not giving it to him for a lower price (FYI it was a video game which was still $60 new and $50 used i was charging $40) I've had so many people asking me to meet them in a back alley at 3 in the morning or in a parking garage. I told them no public places at a reasonable hour only. No response from them after that (was probably someone trying to rob me and backed out once they realized their plan wasn't going to work).

I'm glad this app got shut down on phones because it had too many sketchy people on it or scammers. Too many people wanted everything for $5 and would start using threats if they didn't get you to lower the price and would continue those threats until you give in or blocked them (i always blocked them and reported them after the first threat) apps like these are dangerous and are only useful if you actually get people who will actually pay what you are charging other than that it was useless

Buggy website, login issues and total lack of support makes the experience of using Wallapop a total disaster.

Ho acquistato un effetto per DJ della Korg su Wallapop, ma è arrivato graffiato, condizione non dichiarata dal venditore. Nonostante abbia inviato foto e video come prova, Wallapop ha rifiutato la mia richiesta di reso, affermando che l'oggetto era usato e quindi non verificabile, negandomi il rimborso e trattenendo la propria commissione sulla vendita. Ovviamente sapevo di acquistare un oggetto usato, ma non per questo era scontato che dovesse essere anche danneggiato, dato anche che avevo chiesto precisazioni al venditore.

Ho provato a mettere in vendita tramite questa fantomatica app una rara bottiglia di vino da collezione ma - dopo aver perso inutilmente tempo a creare l'annuncio - mi è arrivata una mail automatizzata da Wallapop con scritto "abbiamo dovuto rimuovere il tuo prodotto in quanto la vendita di prodotti farmaceutici con prescrizione e da banco non è consentita. Non è inoltre consentita la vendita di droghe illegali o ricreative (sigarette elettroniche, shisha, tabacco, vitamine, ecc.)". Quindi a loro dire avrei messo in vendita UNA DROGA! Cose da pazzi! Forse ritengono che sia ancora vigente il proibizionismo?!? Ah, ho messo in vendita anche altre cose, ma sono arrivate richieste solo da perditempo e quasi sempre in spagnolo (gente che non sa nemmeno una parola di una lingua straniera).

Desde 2016 siendo cliente de wallapop con casi 30 reviews 5 estrellas. Utilizando su publicidad de pago y sin tener ningun mal reporte, estaba muy contento, pero claro nunca había tenido ningún problema y nunca tube que contactar con ellos hasta ayer.
La atención al cliente recibida ha sido humillante. He tenido un problema gordo, usurpación de identidad, los he contactado por whatsapp 2 veces con un intervalo de 24h. La segunda vez por insistir más de la cuenta, porque estaba preocupado y nervioso ya que alguien estaba vendiendo productos bajo mi identidad, me contestaron literalmente que no podían trabajar en exclusividad para mi, que tenían mas clientes y pusieron las respuestas automaticas en plan:
"Gracias por confiar en wallapop. Hemos cerrado la sesión de chat. Nuestro tiempo de espera en este momento esta siendo de 4 horas. Un gestor le contestará lo antes posible"
Muy muy muy profesional, dicho en pocas palabras, pasaron de un cliente e hicieron caso omiso a un posible delito.
Todas mis reviews, todos mis anuncios al igual que mis datos bancarios y mi targeta de crédito sustraídos y vagando por la red, me daban 4 dias de espera para atenderme, pero como no voy a estar nervioso XD! ! Eso si, han sido capaces de eliminar todas mis cuentas y banear mis dispositivos en 30 min. Dicen que he infringido los términos y condiciones de wallapop, aun no sé que es lo que he infringido, en realidad lo han hecho porque se han molestado por mi insistencia, y les he daba demasiado trabajo. Me parece un abuso de poder.
Jamás había encontrado un proveedor tan pusilánime, me he sentido maltratado y como si fuera yo el delincuente, mejor no trabajar mas con ellos, si en 5 años solo he tenido un problema y esta es la respuesta pues apaga y vámonos. Pero que tipo de empresa trata así a sus clientes?
