I placed my order for 3 items on August 22. I did not get the promised discount at check out. I called 3 times and left messages + I sent 6 emails to support as my order has not arrived as of today Sept. 28th. No response - no voice mail or email. Completely ignored. My money - more than 1,000 dollars was taken out immediately on Aug 22. I am extremely disappointed for being ignored and treated like that after spending thousands of dollars over many years for purchases. I do not recommend Voguewigs due to their bad customer service and taking your money before shipment was made. Very disappointed! Consider other options. And their quality has drastically deteriorated over time. Wigs are not properly sewn and break up.
Unless you're certain about the wig you're buying, you might want to consider another website with a more generous return policy. My wig was over $300. I lost about $60 just for trying it on. Their website does warn you. So am I. The refund also took too long.
I ordered hair bangs from the Canadian site and paid $160. Then I get a notification in the mail saying I had to pay another $60 to get it from the post office for duty fees. Then WHY TF do you even have a Canadian site? And as far as I understand, customs isn't suppose to charge a duty fee for anything under $800.
I refused the duty fee and asked for a refund. It has been almost 2 months now and I still have not yet seen my refund. I ordered off them once before, paid a fortune, and got dried up, frizzy, tangled hair pieces. Pretty sure I didn't get a refund that time either! Never again. There's much better sites out there. Don't waste your time and money on Vogue Wigs. Total scam
I've order from Vogue previously, but this year they sent the correct wig, but the wrong color. I sent them all of the information and they authorized a return, however they are charging me a 15% restocking fee for their error.
You can clearly see the wig is not reddish in color... it is black with reddish strips.

Buyers beware beware! Same as Pamela, I paid for a wig but what i got is strings of hair extension and it came from china from some apartment after one full month of waiting for this $#*! if ever there is a realy Vogue company please have a realy logo we ca identify
I was weary about ordering my first wig online since I'd never ordered a wig before. The VogueWigs had great information to make me feel confident about my purchase. I spoke with a customer service representative via chat, and they assured me the color I chose would match my natural hair color. The customer service rep was also able to explain to me their policies.
I received my piece, and the color matches perfectly. The fibers are beautiful and soft to the touch. Feels like cashmere.

The following item had been returned back in new condition.
This item was for a color exchange. Vogue claimed that this item
Was damaged and/or missing hang tag. Impossible. They could and would not provide me with a picture. Then stated the hand tag was missing. If this was the case I'm sure it would be simple enough to
Attach a hang tag or replace packaging for resell. No refund or exchange was provided. I had ordered previous products in the past and had been a loyal customer. I can assure this will end any future orders with VogueWigs.
I order a bang clip and when I got it I knew it was the wrong color. I never even touched the item and repackaged to send back. They charge you 10.00 for shipping back, then 15% restocking fee which I always think is bull$#*!. I ended up with 4.88 refund. The return policy is too excessive.
I ordered 2 wigs from this company. They did not fit. I contacted them to return and receive credit for the purchase price of $263.20. They credited after 1 month $181.44. They retained $14 as a convenience fee for providing a return label; they retained $34.48 as a 15% restocking fee and retained $57.46 amount deducted from original price. Very bad business practice. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
The wigs look 'fabulous' online; full and rich, but in reality they are thinly pieces of hair that do not fit your head; it's like you would have to buy 3 to fit your entire head. This is the second time I've tried VOGUE and repaid your stocking fees………. The last order, somehow some type of spray got onto the order.
I'm beginning to think it's a pretty scammy company.

I purchased a short shag curly auburn wig from them. It arrived fairly quickly and in good shape. I even washed and conditioned it with no problem. However it came with no size tag on it and it was too small. I tried to find a way to return it but they didn't help me. They only sent emails back and forth stating that someone would get back to me, etc. I liked the wig, and ended up cutting off the elastic band. It felt a bit better, but a bit loose so I purchased from Amazon, some wig clips. I will sew those on and see how it goes. BUT I will never purchase from them again. It's best I think to go into a wig shop and actually see what's there, try it on, etc. and purchase it without paying extra costs. That's my plan from now on.
Received wig and was so excited. Older women with alapesha. Not a fun time, but found Vogue wigs and it was Not anything like pictures. Also did not fit, even though I did measure. Now that just tried it on will not refund money. Please don't let this happen to you.
They misrepresent items on their website, photos and colors are not accurate. Half the time they don't have the wig in stock. They have a 15% restocking fee and make up reasons to not allow you to return it. Horrible customer service.
Vogue Wigs consistently sells and takes your money for items that are "Out of Stock." The customer waits for weeks sometimes. You have to constantly follow up. So the customer passes on other sales from other companies and by the time you learn that your item is "Out of Stock," the other sales are expired. In my most recent case, I was charged for items that I never received and had to make another inquiry only to be told that the email that stated that my items were delivered were in fact not. I did receive a credit (well have to wait for it to be processed) but am left without the items that I was initially charged for and now have to wait for another company to deliver. Waste of time.

Vogue Wigs has very wonderful wigs. Received many compliments. Many of them are beautiful and natural looking. Some are great for parties or different occasions. Their shipping is very reasonably priced, and sometimes offers free shipping. Their wig brands are great and very long lasting. Definately recommended.
I ordered three wiglets for about $300 total. In the ads, the texture and size of the wiglets looked much different than upon arrival. They were much bigger and the texture was very shiney and fake looking. When i contacted customer service to see about a return or exchange, the rep was rude and dismissive. The company doesn't send a return label so you have to pay for the return and will charge a 15% fee to credit your credit card. I'm very displeased with this purchase and I'm just going to keep the crappy wigs! I won't be doing business with Vogue wigs again. Buyer beware!
I bought a wig from Vogue wigs and the color was off so I needed to send it back. Your fill out a form on how you want your credit. I choose," credit my account." I find out that there is a 15% restocking fee plus I paid $17.00 for shipping it back. This company is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I WILL NEVER PUCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEM AGAIN.
I ordered three hairpieces and one was completely incorrect and not what I ordered. So I sent it back for a refund or replacement with the correct item and they continue to insist they shipped the correct item to me. So now they have the hairpiece in their possession, will not admit their mistake and correct it and won't refund my money either. COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY.
Buyers beware. Just know that if you choose to buy a wig from Vogue wigs you will not receive the wig that is displayed on photo. I will not even be close to color shown. If you request a refund you will have to deal with unhelpful customer services representatives and even rude and you will only have two options for a refund. 100% refund in store credit or take a loss of 15% for them to restock the item. IF YOU TRY ON THE WIG it will cost you 30% to restock the item. DO NOT TRY ON THE WIG. Paid $198.00 for what I thought was a beautiful wig only to receive and realize it was not even close to the picture displayed on model. Voguewigs say that you can not go by picture, you have to go by description. If that is the case then why have picture at all. Their description are as vague as they can possibly get away with.
I ordered twice from Vogue. The first wig I loved and kept. The 2nd wig was not my style and I returned. I received a refund and excellent customer service! Very happy with my dealings with Vogue! Highly recommend! Wig quality was excellent and was as described. Nice company!
