Ok people lets take a minute to think about it. First price compared to other tuners. Then add the amount of tunes completed daily. And the fact that over 70% of the people he is dealing with want free information (if someone else tuned your car ask them you paid for their time not Vit's) and they also ask him basic questions such as what header is best for my car (do some research people). Vit is outstanding to have to put up with all of these guys bull! I have never had an issue with him. I have had my car tuned multiple times by him over the years. My car has always been tuned correctly and safe. If you can't afford to wait a little for him then go pay your local tuner 5 times the price. Vit also works evening for you convince most people are at work during the day and he offers you the chance to communicate while you are off work.

I disagree with all of the negative reviews submitted to this point. My tune is now completed and the car runs incredibly. This type of service should be time-consuming, and you should be prepared for Vit to spend weeks on it -- if you want your car to run the way it should. Personally I feel that it's the best money I've spent on this car. Vit has spent a number of hours working on this and it's obvious that he's a perfectionist. A/F ratio is good, power is great, car is fast and I am satisfied. Tuning a complex engine and its associated computer control is not easy, and I'm glad it took awhile. What do you want, a rush job? As for personality, I could care less about Vit's manner. If you want love but a greeting card, if you want your car tuned to the highest level call Vit. The rest can buy FlashPro, try tuning themselves, and burn out their engines.

I don't care about the amount of time the tunes take like the other reviewer. My biggest problem with using this service is the customer service. The guy, Vit, running it is not a nice person. You can pull up 8thcivic.com and look for any posts by vit viper and you'll see he is pretty much rude anytime he posts anything. He is the same when you communicate with him during the tune. If you look on that same site you'll see everyone loves his tunes so they pretty much ignore the fact the guy is a jerk. I consider customer service part of any service I buy so I'm not willing to overlook how he treats customers regardless of how good of a tuner he is. He's egotistical and plain rude. I won't be using this service again.

What can I say he's very unprofessional, cocky, arrogant, his work ethic is poor and he has been called out by giving people false tunes for different cars including mine.

Any tuner any real tuner only takes at least an hour to tune a vehicle within the tune time vitviper aka Vitiley Mitchenko takes his time with no reply back or any feedback to safely assure the customer of what's going on instead he's very rude.

He has been known to copy and paste other tunes and making it his own when he never has tuned the vehicle at all. Since when does it take 15 to 30 calibrations to tune a stock all motor car with bolt-ons? In his case forever I got banned from 8th civic for exposing him and the truth most of the moderators are his butt-buddies. If your going to use the flashpro do not buy anything from him. His site is overpriced and his workmanship is extremely poor.

His tuning calibrations are late and extremely poor. His knock count ratio is through the roof and all I have are bolt-ons no forced induction on stock internals. He doesn't keep you updated at all and his communication is very poor as well. He should not be running a business at all. I'm glad he has been exposed time and time again.

By far one of the best investment I've done to my vehicle is get it tuned by this man, has been my tuner and helper/advicer sins 2011 Helped me threw out everything I've done to my car from supercharger, to supercharger and bolt ons to picking up my turbo kit and what setup to go with and doing a fuel return etc! Always answered my questions even if they sound stupid. Always guides me when I need his help very knowledgeable person, ones again thanks Vit! Coming back again after my transmission gets back
Cons: he isn't local so I can't take him a beer or two as a tip :P

That bad review is very self centered. Vit does all the tune himself, so taking into consideration that he pushes them out best he can. & about getting tunes till after midnight, realize has on pacific time so you might be on the east coast, that's a few hours different. & yeah he works 4days a week, but you don't know how he manages it. He has a shop to run too. Enough there. Vit makes great tunes, make them very reliable, he has knowledge with set ups on newer cars, make great performance, has made the top 2 fastest 2012-15 civic si(one being boost, other being N/A) I only trust him with my car due to the fact he knows his stuff. It's not always about power with tuning. Got to make them reliable too.

I got my rsx tuned last year from Vit and each day I drive the car I think about how good my tune is. Most of the time when you get a new part or a new tune you get used to it after a few weeks and you want something new, but not with my tune from Vit. The car pulls so good under any load and it's always surprising you like "Damn I didn't think it would still pull like this". Getting my car tuned by Vit was the best thing I've ever done to my car.

Vit is up front with the price and he doesn't change anything once you make an agreement. He only wants to help others, he sold me things at prices to where he barely made money off of me. He even made arrangements with me with no advance notice because of my terrible job. Vit is the best tuner on the west coast and he'll always have my business.

As the owner of Performance Tuner Magazine I have had the pleasue of working with multiple shops and on many different projects and builds. One thing that stays constant with all of our builds is Vit. I dont trust anyone else to tune any of our project cars, he is hands down the best in the biz. Feel free to do your research but chance are if you go to anyone else you will probably find yourself working with vit anyway having him fix the other guys work. 5 stars no questions about it.

I almost didn't get my car tuned by Vit due to the negative reviews. But everyone I respect in the PNW scene told me how great he is. I have made the 6 hour drive to Vit twice due to change of equipment. Both times Max and Vit not only answered every question I had, but they also responded in detail. Not once did I feel as if i was being a burden. I started out in the scene in Northern California back in the mid 90's. I have been to many shops and met many car guys. Vit and Max are the real deal. The negative reviews just goes to show how much of a self entitled society we live in today.
