VitViper is the envy of most dyno tuners... and of all the platforms he doesn't tune.

I see the accusations made on Vit in other reviews. It is so heinous how people are so quick to accuse.

1) If you are coming to Vit to get an etune. READ ALL REQUIREMENTS from both the tuning solution you intend to use and READ ALL STIPULATIONS that are clearly stated from the the websites you need i. E. Hondata or VitTuned. Tuning is a very important part of car modification/performance. If you can't even follow simple instructions you shouldn't be tuning your car.

2) Have your hardware, software, and familiarization of software ready to go. This goes without saying that once your payment is sent, be ready to put in the part time simple work it takes to etune. This is not for the impatient, undisciplined, dependent attention-monger. This takes maturity, independence, and commitment to do it right.

3) In the world of youtube and millions of reviews... you would know coming to Vit what to expect. He is NOT A COPY AND PASTE TUNER. Sure he might use some preset parameters for different parts combinations, octane availability, or even climate-extremes. But the only only reason he has anything that he can easily use to help modify your map quicker is because he's done so many damn tunes for certain platforms. It would be ridiculous to use dinosaur basemaps. Do not mistaken experience and skill for laziness and copy/paste tuning.

3) Tuners get blamed for literally everything. Are there instances where tunes have caused problems from certain tuners? YEAH. Not from Vit, he's tuned at least 12 of my personal friends and acquaintances... probably more, I'm too lazy to count more than that. He responds as often as he can. I know this from the many random hours I've messaged him. Over half the problems he deals with as a tuner are both extremely repetitive and answer can be sought in at least 2 different places other than asking him questions. If you cannot attempt to answer a question on your own before asking in this day and age of mass media, cross-platform/network information sharing systems, and GOOOGLE you shouldn't be e-tuning. I would get upset too if that many dimwits were asking me dumb questions or asking for things that are clearly stated as NOT POLICY... or customers clearly trying to trick me. All happened to Vit. It's not Vit's fault if you couldn't install a part correctly, installed a really $#*!ty part you ordered from places probably worse than China.

4) Examples of things not all tuners provide that Vit does:
A. Almost 24/7 like availability to help with smaller problems like cold start idle when the weather turns suddenly... a revision he's done for free post-tune on more than one friend of mine.
B. Traveling tuning... Vit's provided tune modifications for people traveling to areas with diff availability of fuel octane from their home location.
C. I once started tuning at 1:30AM eastern time while Vit was on western time. 3 hour time difference... I religiously went out, datalogged, and submitted my revisions until 4:30AM eastern time. Vit was chatting with me on fb messenger throughout and never took more than a few minutes to make revisions. Granted, he's had a growing family since then and different levels of busyness as well. It's literally one man behind the computer doing almost all the work.
D. People need to stop saying he's not certified etc etc etc. If the largest Honda tuning solution in the world asked him to work for them... that says something... considering how many people that would affect.
E. He is the envy of many of my fellow car friends that don't have a tuning solution or platform that Vit tunes. Not only can you save alot of money, have a tuner on call kind of 24/7, but he's tuned so many of most platforms he services so often that he's built a database of maps he can use as calibrations to start off further toward a finished/refined tune.
F. For my platform, where Vit made a huge impact in particular... 06-11 Honda Civic Si's... he's basically gotten so good to not only design his own parts for the car for performance, but found ways to maximize your power goals per dollar you spend. He's not cheap, but if you work on a reasonable budget, he can get you to your goal than any shop you talk to unless the shop is selling services and parts below cost just to temporarily earn your business. The supercharging department of 8th Gen Civic Si's has been completely redefined by VitViper.
G. I met him in person while staffing HDay Zmax Raceway North Carolina 2015 over the summer. How many etuners do you know get FLOWN OUT to a ONCE A YEAR event just to tune/race on behalf of a customer. Harry Sparks!
H. Unlike many infamous dyno tuners that tune for racing... Vits cars run pretty damn well... before hitting the 1/4 mile and after. Not even bashing everyone else.
I. I admit I've used other tuners(all dyno ones local) when I literally did not have the ability or time to etune on major upgrades. I am no tuner worshipper, I don't get paid by Vit or any company to endorse/review for him. I'm just a one time customer who's been in the car game directly alongside Vit online. After I can afford to finish up the final parts for power I intend on my car... he will get my business again.
J. My last car and tune he did successfully drag raced, autocrossed, road raced, and daily drove... beating the PISS out of it. Still no problems on that car from the tune after I sold it to a friend.

Tip for consumers:

Don't waste your time writing bad reviews if you were not prepared with the software, hardware, or knowledge that comes with tuning. Like reading directions online, on boxes, in manuals, on forums.
