DO NOT ORDER FROM VITAMIN ROCKET!
Placed my order after Vitamin Rocket came up as the first search result on Google.
I received the order acknowledgement 6 weeks ago, since then... nothing... except they charged my credit card immediately instead of when the order shipped.
Have not received my order, i get no response from their support email, i call them and can not leave a message. I have turned it over to my credit card company as disputed, they said they are aware of these kinds of companies that are just scammers. If Vitamin Rocket does not respond my credit card will be credited and the money will be taken away from Vitamin Rockets account.
If you have been ripped off report it to your credit card company and you money will be recovered.

They charged my card right away but never sent me anything
I send an email they provided but it was faked
I called them but they don't respond
I had to cancel my card

I placed an order for supplements on April 29th for products they said were in stock.
It is now May 23rd and they haven't even shipped it yet AS THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCT.

I have ordered in 3 May triphala from your site. Until now I have nor received any email about my order. There is written awaiting fulfilltment on the site about my order. I have paid it but I still did not received it. I have sent you several times email and I have calles you but couldnt reach you! I lost my money! I want my money back!

I have not received product and emails are rude. Took money and no product. Zero stars for this website.

Ordered vitamins back in MAY OF 2020 wasn't until FEBRUARY OF 2021 that they shipped and went to my old address. Emailed them to change the address and basically said to deal with it. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Completely dishonest! Ordered four different products 1/15/21 and received an email stating "Your order has launched!" with a tracking order. Checked tracking the next day and the status was pending, label created. Checked back three days later; same status. Checked ten days later; same status. Emailed them 1/25/21 and received a reply from Jason the next day stating the post office lost the shipment. Then on 1/29/21 I received a partial shipment with a label on it which was printed 1/22/21. Three days prior to my email inquiry when Jason said the shipment was lost. Obviously a lie because they would ship a partial shipment when the "shipped it" on 1/15/21.

They could have screwed up and just have been honest. Being dishonest is NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

This is about my experience with this site over the past 6 weeks or so.
I was searching for a specific vitamin supplement and ended up on the Vitamin Rocket site, because every other site listed this particular product as "out of stock".
I ordered the product from Vitamin Rocket in spite of their bad reviews.
The short version is that Vitamin Rocket (like all of the other sites I checked) was ultimately unable to ship this particular product.
However, I found them to be very responsive and easy to deal with.
All of my email inquiries we answered almost immediately. They also provided me with information from the supplement manufacturer with an estimated shipping date. When that date passed, they offered me the option of waiting longer or cancelling my order. I told them to cancel my order. My order was cancelled and my payment was immediately credited back on my credit card.
Unfortunately, I no longer have proof of purchase, since I discarded this paperwork once the purchase price was credited back to my card.

I would never deal with this website ever again. They charged my credit card FIVE WEEKS ago and never sent the products that I ordered. I messaged on their website with no response. I called but no one answers. Every once in a while when I emailed, they would just say that they were out of stock. I asked them why doesn't their website show that they're out of stock and of course they say because at the time I placed my order, they were not. If I could rate them less than a one star, I would! What a waste of time! I just found a Young Living Rep and ordered it through her and they were not out of stock!

Tried to order about $150 of product. Kept getting a message that my info was wrong. Tried calling multiple times on their order line (no answer) and on their customer service line (no answer). When I saw the reviews I want to thank them for rejecting my order. I think it is some kind of scam so I check my credit card to make sure they haven't tried to bill me. If you paid with a credit card you can stop payment. Email them and demand a refund and then tell your credit card company that they never delivered. They build up a history like that with the credit card companies and they will cut them off. You can also report it as a scam (thieft) to the credit card company and sign an agreement to press charges, real simple and eventually they will get burned al the way down into their socks.

I ordered vitamins June 27,2020, no feedback, got defensive when I sent inquiry as I had heard nothing after my confirmation of order. As the page had a phone number to call, I placed my order and I tried calling on 7/7/2020 and they are only taking calls to place an order. Order status you have to write an email. I sent an email as the site clearly stated most orders ship in 3 tp 5 days, some areas were taking 7 to 14 to receive delivery. What they really meant was we will take 7 to 14 days to put the package in the mail and then it will take however long for the USPS to get it to you, So I thought maybe I got an horrible employee, who was rude in his email taking offense because I read the 3 to 5 days and expected that, when the company lied on it website. So I suggested since they are taking 7 to 14 business days to even get the product in the mail to remove the 3 to 5 to ship most orders. Well, my husband asked to get the same items ordered before. So I did order on 10/15/2020 and have not heard a word, the site currently says 7 to 10 days. Which yes I learned no one there works on weekends and don't bother to count them. It is 10/24/2020 and all I know is I placed an order on 10/15/2020, they took the cash out of my account and I have heard nothing from anyone. Yes I sent a message but it must have been received after closing as no response. Do not bother giving them one chance, it is not worth it. They pay for a sight to picture product and name and how long ago they purchased, but they no longer even send confirmation of order to you when placed. So it has gotten worse not better.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS MONEY WEBSITE! They only got your money and no longer ship the product to you! THIS PEOPLE HAVE TO GO TO HELL! Money let them all people to buy the CANCER MEDICINE, even have and can not heal at all!
