Vitamin Rocket

This is about my experience with this site over the past 6 weeks or so.
I was searching for a specific vitamin supplement and ended up on the Vitamin Rocket site, because every other site listed this particular product as "out of stock".
I ordered the product from Vitamin Rocket in spite of their bad reviews.
The short version is that Vitamin Rocket (like all of the other sites I checked) was ultimately unable to ship this particular product.
However, I found them to be very responsive and easy to deal with.
All of my email inquiries we answered almost immediately. They also provided me with information from the supplement manufacturer with an estimated shipping date. When that date passed, they offered me the option of waiting longer or cancelling my order. I told them to cancel my order. My order was cancelled and my payment was immediately credited back on my credit card.
Unfortunately, I no longer have proof of purchase, since I discarded this paperwork once the purchase price was credited back to my card.

Undoubtedly, this is a pile of idiots working in someone's basement. They have no stock, they are a drop shipper. Yes, that means they cannot ship ANYTHING out to you when you place an order, they have to turn around and order from someone else.

What does that mean to you?

It means if they cannot get for the price they paid last time (or at all because they didn't pay their last bill, etc, etc), they will leave you in the lurch. But they will have already billed you and have your money

Their email responses by their "john" or "Jason" or whatever other made up bull$#*! name they're using on any given day will clue you into what a pile of a$sclowns they actually are. If you've ordered, cancel today, contact your CC company for a chargeback. If you're considering an order, hit yourself in the head with a hammer. It will be more productive.

Oh, the ALL LIVES MATTER! Was a nice touch to cement the toothless-hillbilly-theme response from CS.

Honestly I'm not even sure if this is a real website or if it's just a scam site set up to take your money. I placed an order on June 14th. The order confirmation email I received said most orders would be delivered within 3-5 days but due to the pandemic some may take 10-14 days for delivery. On day 14, I had still not received a shipping notification so I emailed them to inquire about my order status. Received no response by day 16, so sent another email telling them that if they are unable to fulfill my order I would like a refund. It's now been 21 days since I ordered and I have still received no response. I reached out on their facebook page, because sometimes a company will respond to something public, but they just deleted my comment and still haven't emailed me. As soon as I can file a chargeback, I will. I doubt I'll ever see my order and I'm out over $70. I should have never placed an order from this company. Highly regret it.

Don't give them your order unless you are totally desperate and can wait and unknown period of days before the order might ship. They expect you to be patient up to 30+ days while they order your product to be drop-shipped to you. They do not send you a notice if the product is not available to be shipped right away. You essentially have no idea what is going on with your order once it gets submitted to them and they happen to be able to ship right away. There are way better solutions out there to get what you need - where you can have some expectations.

I have been very eager to try this company and the raving customer reviews convinced me to place an order with them! So I was surprised that I had not received any communication after 6 business days about a shipping tracking number. I called the company to speak with someone who could give me more information, only to hear a voice recording stating that they were not taking any customer service calls. Seriously? I called a few different times during normal working hours only to be "greeted" by the same voice recording; 6 business days, no communication, no one to return emails or take my call. I understand that some items may need additional processing time but it's like these people are all out to lunch! Communication would be nice and in this day and age, it's unacceptable to leave a customer hanging like this.

Update: I finally heard from Amanda, who gave a half- assed apology. She said the delay was due to waiting on stocking of one product, which would have been fine if they contacted me to let me know. Meanwhile, they could have at least shipped my other three items. After all that, I had to be direct and persistent to get a tracking number.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS MONEY WEBSITE! They only got your money and no longer ship the product to you! THIS PEOPLE HAVE TO GO TO HELL! Money let them all people to buy the CANCER MEDICINE, even have and can not heal at all!

"No we are like every retailer out there including Amazon, Walmart and EVERY company that charges credit, when you purchase the money has to be taken.

I placed and order and they sent me a confirmation and order # in an email
They charged my card right away but never sent me anything
I send an email they provided but it was faked
I called them but they don't respond
I had to cancel my card

I placed an order for supplements on April 29th for products they said were in stock.
It is now May 23rd and they haven't even shipped it yet AS THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCT.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The fact that this site has been up and running for years is INSANE! THIS IS A SCAM! I repeat it is a SCAM... DO NOT EVEN TAKE THE CHANCE BC YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT & THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY$$$! Then they have an useless Phone number that doesn't connect to anyone, EVER! STAY AWAY from this place! $50 gone and I have reported them; however, they are somehow the site is still "running". Stay away from these scammers!

This company took my $160 order and never processed it. Their website failed to mention the item was on back order, yet they charged my credit card and never bothered to tell me my order would not ship until October or later. I sent them many emails, FB messages, phone calls and chat requests asking the status of my order before somebody FINALLY told me it was on back order and they didn't expect shipments until October! Yet they expect me to let them, a shaky company at best, to hang onto my money that long. The nerve! For all I know, they may not even be in business by then. When I asked for a refund I was told that my place in line for this product would be lost and I would have to start all over again. Not a problem, just refund me. (It's not like there aren't tons of alternatives out there). Finally, I get an email telling me I will get a refund. I waited the traditional 3 business days and still no refund. There rep failed to tell me to wait at least a week. When I complained to the company, their president, Matthew Rush, sends me the rudest email ever. Now I see where there company manners stem from.

Do not order from this company. There are many, many alternatives that are better.

They billed immediately, but a week later still hadn't shipped my order. I emailed and asked why and some snotty clown named John in customer service said it was a shame I couldn't read their website indicating orders could be delayed. Which completely ignored my question of why they billed immediately. I order products multiple times a week and during the pandemic plenty of companies are slow to ship. Perfectly understandable. But none of the companies I deal with, including Amazon, bill until the product ships. I also let him know that my credit card company had already reversed the charge and returned my money, at which point Snotty John said he would charge my account again the next day. Unbelievable. Of course, that didn't happen but he also went on to say that the product had shipped and he "will be providing proof of that" to the credit card co. Wow... all this while his website still showed the product hadn't shipped. This clown was good for a laugh but it's a little scary that there are companies out there with people like this in customer service and, judging from some of the comments below, he has been there for a while. Too many good companies out there to put up with this kind of service.

I have not received product and emails are rude. Took money and no product. Zero stars for this website.

Wayyyyyy back in March, I placed an order, gave them my $160, got confirmation that my order was received & I would receive in 3-5 business days. A month later, I got nothin! Called them and was told it's backorder I would get in a couple of weeks. To make a very long shady story shorter, it has now been over 5 months & I have received less then 1/2 my order after multiple complaints, etc! They continue to advertise and sell the same product that they do not even have! Then, as a stall tacit, they will write you and say " I can send you 1 of them, but there is a national shortage, I can't fill the entire order, do you want me to send one?" WTF do you think Aholes! I placed an order 5 months ago under the guise that you send me what I purchased! YES I WANT MY ORDER! QUIT STALLING AND SEND IT! I'm pretty sure this is illegal & have contacted an attorney!

I ordered from this company back in April of 2020 and after placing the order I did not receive a confirmation number and the money was taken from my account. I was skeptical that there was not a confirmation given so I called my bank to cancel the card(thank god debit cards are able to be cancelled). I then waited and received an email on the confirmation that the order was received. I waited to receive an email on the shipment, which it's now 5-26-2020 and have emailed numerous times only to get that my product is not in stock and is on a 2 to 3 week delay etc etc. I tried calling only to get no one is in to take your call and hangs up. These creeps are taking people for their money. Get a $#*!ING JOB $#*!S! This is peoples hard earned money your taking! I will NEVER deal with company again. The only reason I did is because the other company I deal with did not have the product available due to Covid 19 and they showed to have. I did however reorder from the other company I deal with and WOW they have it in stock now, so why DOES'NT YOUR HALF $#*! COMPANY HAVE IT IN TO SHIP! You want a reputable company go to bestpricenutrition.com they don't STIFF their buyers!
