Review:
I have been very eager to try this company and the raving customer reviews convinced me to place an order with them! So I was surprised that I had not received any communication after 6 business days about a shipping tracking number. I called the company to speak with someone who could give me more information, only to hear a voice recording stating that they were not taking any customer service calls. Seriously? I called a few different times during normal working hours only to be "greeted" by the same voice recording; 6 business days, no communication, no one to return emails or take my call. I understand that some items may need additional processing time but it's like these people are all out to lunch! Communication would be nice and in this day and age, it's unacceptable to leave a customer hanging like this.
Update: I finally heard from Amanda, who gave a half- assed apology. She said the delay was due to waiting on stocking of one product, which would have been fine if they contacted me to let me know. Meanwhile, they could have at least shipped my other three items. After all that, I had to be direct and persistent to get a tracking number.
