I requested my birth certificate and was charged $47.00 just to get a form that I could have pulled myself and sent the state $20.00. Now I am paying $67.00 for a birth certificate that cost $20.00. I called the registered of deeds and was told the approved vendor is Vital Check.
For $47 all they do is fill out a form you can do yourself for free.
And they can't even do that correctly. They got the birthdate wrong.
Its so wrong that they pop up on google before the office of vital records.
Please read this reviews before give your 47 dollars to this scammers! They do not do nothing for you! They just print whatever you fill up in the form and they email it back to you... even when I went to the vital record building they told me this websites are scam! You can fill up the for and the vital office for free in 1 min. I do not know why nobody do not do anything about this scammers or take this websites a way, they are not even somewhere else, they are here in united state!
Do NOT use Vital Certificate's for anything, I tried to use them for a birth certificate but was unable to complete the form yet they still took money from my account but charged me TWICE! They should be arrested for fraud, DO NOT USE THEM

The website is basically a middle man to do what you can do by yourself. They provide no information on how to gain access to your documents and charge you for their "administration services"; which basically means they talk to the state for you then give you your application without telling you that you can do that and save money. Basically this business extorts peoples ignorance. There is no customer service number to call and they are very lax on returning any messages you submit through their help desk. If you are ignorant like I was then I am hear to warn you not to use this garbage service and just talk to the state to gain access to your records.
I was preparing all paperwork to apply for a mortgage and suddenly the bank asked for my birth certificate. I was very stressed with all the documents I needed to file and thanks GOD I found this service. The process was very simple to follow and they guide me though all the way. I'm very satisfied!
It does nothing but get your information and money. I think they even stole my credit card and tried to use it shortly after because I had fraudulent purchases on it and had to cancel my card. Then I had my different accounts like Netflix and Spotify hacked into as well. Criminals!

This company is a scam! They charge you $47 but actually DO NOTHING for you. Go directly to the government website for your state. You will then only have to pay the State's fees and save yourself from the additional $47 fee.
All they do is fill an application form and email you to print and send for $47 which you can do by your self for free.
They also try to cheat you when you ask for refund by showing you error message on refund form even all details are correct so you give up.
Scammers should go to jail, and I think they share your information. I had to change my bank cards. Also receive that my SS number has been compromised phone calls, a scam. Stay away and they should go to jail. No photo, not sharing nothing. They scammed me, read other reviews.
Ordered a birth certificate, got a form that was free to download from my state and a pre paid printout to send the form in.
Also had to pay the state fees on top of the $50 something dollars I paid them for the free form.

I've ordered various certificates online in the past, I thought this was the same Vital Records site I used before. Turns out, this is a total SCAM! I filled out the forms expecting the Birth Certificates to be delivered to me when in fact they send you an electronically filled out form which leaves YOU to do all the work of submitting the form! Moreover, I ordered 3x so my price tripled - and I did this for 2 kids. Anyone using this service is sucker (like me).
I will be posting negative reviews to for these criminals as many places as possible!
You can obtain same records for half cost on your state' vital statistics website. They mislead you on their service. They charge you for a link to a form you have to print off and mail to your state vital statistics office. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
I would give zero stars if I could. I paid $47 for a form to be filled out that I could have filled out for free. Instead of only the $20 fee for the State of AZ form I could have sent in by mail, I am now into this for $67 because they filled out the form. This place is a total rip-off!
When I found out I had to pay another fee to the actual Bureau of Vital Statistics, I asked for a refund.
I didn't get an answer.
After posting this review, I received an email stating I would receive a refund.
A few days later I got it.
This is a third party business.
You have to pay them$47 and turn around and pay the actual Bureau of Vital Statistics...$35.
This is a ripoff.
You do not need to pay to get an application for your birth certificate. You can download it for free online. This is a complete rip off and you don't receive your certificate here, do not use this site!
After reading all these reviews, I was super worried. From the very beginning, I trusted this company. So, in for a dime, in for a dollar. But after all, I was worried for nothing as I received my vital record certificate in 3 business days.
Big waste of $. First they say $ back guaranteed, promised to cancel order. Did not. All they do is send you copy of application from state and you have to do all the filing and paperwork. Scam is all it is.
