Had a terrible experience with Global Lens... they sent me the wrong lenses and then denied that they had received them back for an exchange (even though I had a tracking/confirmation number for my return shipment)... So far this experience has been much smoother, but please DO follow up with me and make sure the correct product was sent and arrives within a reasonable time. Thank you so much!

Your staff was very helpful but the site was unclear re boxes purchased of Fresh Look Color blends. I wanted one box for both right and left eyes. My order says only right and now I am confused as I wanted for both eyes. The prescription for both is the same so perhaps it won't matter.
