The service was fine; the contacts took longer to arrive due to some error with Canada Post. Customer Service opened up an inquiry with them for me; I'm happy to say that the contacts just showed up yesterday out of the blue and were left (oddly) in front of my apt door-- there's never been an issue with delivery before but this time was a little strange. Unbelievable that I have had the same prescription for 7 yrs and every year I go thru $ just to get the same prescription filled through my Drs office! The order came directly to my house I didn't have to wait until Drs office received it! I didn't have to wait to go inside the office to pick it up! Simply elated!
