For some reason, I was unable to place orders in my cart. I tried several times, then was finally able to place my order by re-ordering items I had ordered in the past. I've never had this problem before.

Have not opened the boxes yet because I'm wondering why the different box styles? Also, they are by different companies, one is 'CIBA-Vision' which is the usual brand and the other is by 'Alcon'? Have you changed suppliers? Before the boxes are opened can you guarantee they are the same quality contacts that we are used to getting from you?
