Everything was fine except I submitted payment for one thing and was pending for about 4 days when it cleared they took out more than what I authorized. I sent a email asking why and of course never got a response. When I got my contacts I looked at the receipt and they took off the discount that was applied when I ordered and came back and charged me for that. I don't think that was right. And for me to not even get a email back as to why I they came back and summit ed different payment was un called for.
Product arrived 5 days after I placed my (first) order, and I'm in southern california. I decided to try Visionpros because I didn't want to wait up to 10 days for US sites to verify my prescription with my optometrist. Visionpros was definitely the faster way to go. I will order from them again in the future.
