By mistake, I ordered 2 (3 days before the cutoff day) shirts and immediately realized my mistake so I called customer service and explained and was told that one would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. Keep looking for refund on bank statement but never saw it. Called back 4 times with not answer and also emailed as many times. Emails did have a response which was the same thing... what is your problem & will respond within 24 hours. My cancellation was well in advance of the cutoff but could not get a refund. I would never use this company again because of customer service.
Received an email the item was printing on 12/12 with no shipping or other updates.
Item arrived on 12/24 in the afternoon AFTER I had left for the family party where I was giving the item as a gift. Beyond annoyed to show up empty handed and have zero communication. I also called and emailed and no one ever responded. The mug itself is fine but your customer service needs some serious help.
Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. Item was way too big and color was not as advertised. I live chatted with them to get return info, and was told that all sales are final, even though I read on their site we have 30 days to do so. Now I'm stuck with something I cannot use. Waste of money. Terrible customer service.
Ordered through a FB pop up. A little hesitant. But, quality is great, color is fantastic and better yet, their proposed delivery date came a day earlier than expected. Very satisfied with my overall experience.
I am very dissatisfied with the item I ordered. The sizing appears to be about one size too small. The graphics have an almost faded appearance and do not present in person as they appeared online. I hope I can return this for a refund.
I had not heard of you before and was a bit concerned ordering on line but it arrived and looks fine. I may have chosen the wrong size, but I won't know if this is too big until he receives the shirt for his birthday.
This shirt looked old and faded! The shirt was also very rough and irritated my skin! I understand wanting to make a profit, but please over a little quality for the price! Definitely will not be ordering from here again!
It was hard to see when I had actually placed an order on this website--so I accidentally double ordered. Then they have no customer service phone number to speak with someone--you just leave your number and they call you back... which didn't happen. So i had to do the "live chat" which took me three separate days to reach them to be anywhere less than number 29 in line. Finally I did reach them; they did credit my extra charge and things did arrive before Christmas. But it took 12 days of shipping to get to Utah. Just be aware of what you're getting in to.
The shirts I ordered were of good quality and just as advertised. No issues with the product. My complaint is that within minutes of placing my order for 5 T-shirts, I realized that I needed to change the color that was ordered and I began trying to contact customer service. What a joke! I tried (1) Live Chat (waited over 2 hours with no response), (2) phone call (left message and to date have had no return call, and (3) email (received an auto reply stating they had received my email and would respond. Still waiting). Not likely to purchase from them again. Next time I could have an issue that's more critical than the color of the shirt.
The order process, and quick delivery were great but the image on my shirt is unfocused/fuzzy, too small, and I'm quite sure it will come off in the wash within a month or two. Would not order with them again.
Ordered Ohio State long sleeve t shirt. Ohio State is Scarlet red and gray what I got was pink! Sent email to get a return label and refund haven't heard anything from them. Website is down. Can you say scam!
Ordered xl tank top even though I am usually a large. The xl is still way too small. The screen print is fuzzy not bright and clear as advertised. No shipping invoice so how do I return them? Very unhappy.
This must be coming directly from China as I have received no notice of delivery after many weeks. I certainly wish they would inform consumers, prior to ordering, that it might be weeks to months before you receive the product
I bought two of these shirts for my 5 year old grandsons. They love them. Good quality T-shirt and runs true to size. It did not take long from order date to delivery and I was informed of the progress.
Purchased two tee shirts, received the first one right away. I contacted the company that day because it was poorly screen printed. I wanted to return it for Refund. I have since contacted them three times without any acknowledgement! The second shirt arrived on Christmas Eve and was fine, looked wide though, and nothing to write home about. VERY disappointed in this company!
I ordered 2 t shirts for Christmas gifts. I placed the order on Dec. 11. I received an email on Dec 14 that a shipping label was being created. There has been no tracking information since. I contacted customer service 5 days ago and still no reply. It is now Dec 28 and I still do not have any answer or my order. I'm very disappointed.
I am very happy with the T-shirt. It is an original idea I have never seen any where else. But I think it is unacceptable that this product was ordered on December 12,2018 and was not at my house until January 4,2019. This product took just under an entire month to get here. I will not purchase another item from viral style again because of this.
This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with! Ordered my product a month ago, then when it does finally get shipped they missed have of my address on the shipping label so the post office returned it to sender. I called numerous times never can get anyone, emailed several time still no response. I will never order from here again and I don't advise anyone to. Do not buy a shirt from Viralstyle! We ordered a shirt for my daughter for Christmas. As soon as I opened the package, I knew I had been ripped off. I don't think its possible to make a shirt of lower quality than what was delivered. The shirt is almost see through it is so thin. I am afraid to wash it, fearing it may disintegrate. Also the size is completely wrong. To add to the misery, the size is totally off. There is no way what they sent is a large. Positives - The print is actually very good. After contacting customer service I was told "At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges". I highly recommend you go elsewhere for T-Shirt purchases.
They sent my package with only a street address on the shipping label. No street name, just the house number. How these idiots managed to over look that important of a detail when producing a shipping label is beyond me. Obviously there is little to no paying attention to details at this place.
When I see the problem and email them, it takes about 24 hours for a response, which while acceptable only gives a canned response that doesn't address the problem or issue. When i reply back WITHIN 2 minutes of their response I"m still waiting 29 hours later for a reply.
When you call their office, you get nothing but a generic "sorry all customer service agents are busy". After six and a half minutes it forces you to leave a voice mail and disconnects. I have now called 5 different times and every call ends the same way. There is NO WAY a support specialist isn't available after 30+ minutes of wait time.
